I ordered 2 items for collection from my local garden centre. Ordering and collection was very easy. I was kept informed and on collection the staff member was friendly, helpful and interested in my purchases. I would like to add that both garments were made of quality materials and were a good fit.

Easily ordered arrived quickly
Easily ordered online and the base layer cotton tops came into store really quickly. I love the paler colour almost lavender but called dark grape. Really comfortable easy to wash and dry.

The only bad thing was the delivery company just left it outside in the street !when the should have put it in the lobby area.
Cotton traders need to find a better company to deliver.

Mens large sweatshirts have come up larger than usual
My husband has been buying your men’s sweatshirts for many years. He has always found them very comfortable and likes that he can choose from a variety of colours. He has always bought the large size but when he ordered two sweatshirts recently he found the arms and length of the sweatshirts were an inch longer than usual. This made a difference and they felt too large and he changed them for a medium size that felt more comfortable.

Favourite trousers
Great experience buying from Cotton Traders. From choosing and ordering trousers easily on their website to receiving them was straightforward and efficient. The trousers are now my favourite due to being genuine needle cord, great colour, good fit and added stretch for waist comfort.
