Second order placed with them ! No delivery after being emailed by Evri to say that they were awaiting a parcel ready to be delivered to me? I rang yesterday to be told there was a delay on one item after being informed it had been despatched by cotton traders! No follow up message! Planning to cancel order as such poor communication!

Quick delivery. Delivered inside front door as husband was asleep and door unlocked. Good inefficient by deliverer. Only thing I overlooked was that sheets had to be ironed. Not great in this day and age.

Clownfest.
Ordered two pairs of trousers.One didn't fit and the other was not what I'd ordered.Sent them back and then had to chase up a refund via a telephone call.I was told the the returns hadn't arrived despite the tracking saying they'd been delivered.Eventually a refund appeared for one of the pairs of trousers.I rang them up again and was told it was an error and I'd receive the remainder of the refund.Five days later and I'm still waiting.I think this circus has too many clowns and not enough ringmasters.How do you pick up the wrong item and send it out? The returns were clearly written on the returns advice note yet someone forgot to acknowledge the second pair of trousers.Still waiting for my money back.
