Ordered some trousers online was able to use discount card to get free luggage was delivered to local store free of charge was able then to try on to make sure they fit as I have problems getting trousers to fit me as not very tall but they were lovely fit perfectly material stretchy and soft to touch and every had them cheaper as was on sale bonus ,staff always pleasant and helpful aswell at the Alford woodthorpe shop .

13I went to Woodthorpe Garden Centre Outlet Store because my Trekker Sandal had failed when the heel strap broke. I wanted ti get a box so I could return faultyitem, even though it had been received ion a bag, which I o longer had. The assistant Jade said that she could do the return for me and processed this quickly. she found a replacement item, which I purchased, and left happy. I have already received notification that my return has been accepted, and repayment will be made within 3-5 working days. Problem solved quickly, efficiently and Jade was extremely pleasant throughout.
