Ordered a head board, was given several delivery dates by text, that were missed. No official emails for tracking etc only a phone number that is rarely answered. cominication is by text. My experience with CouchEk was mostly positive. The couch I ordered is stunning and very comfortable, exactly as described. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was excellent. My only gripe is that the delivery team didn't call ahead, so I missed them the first time . However, they quickly rescheduled , and it all worked out . Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Sofa did not arrive on the delivery day. Delivery was due between 6pm and 8pm no communication or reason as to why the sofa has not been delivered been waiting since 12th July will be issuing a charge back on my card now this company is horrendous Was told the delivery would now be Sunday again waited in for the delivery.......no sofa no communication from couchek tried calling messaging outrageous have reported to trading standards

I placed an order for an xl sofa, love seat & an ottoman footstool and from the very beginning they have got my order wrong. The sofa cushions don’t fit. The arm bolster cushions are far too big. I only have the bolster cushions on the big sofa and not on the love seat. The seat cushions aren’t big enough and have a huge gap down the middle of the sofa. The back cushions have drooped and are loosing shape rapidly. I have had this sofa since 16th May. By the 21st June and the things wrong with it just keep appearing. I tried to contact them, they ignore every form of communication. They sent the wrong footstool. I have repeatedly chased them for responses, I finally get them to respond once and they agree to replace the footstool with the ottoman which I paid extra for (cash on delivery) & they took my money but hasn’t delivered the correct item. They sent the ottoman and it arrived 18th June. It’s wrong again. The feet don’t match my sofa and it’s a different size to the other one… The original delivery was later than planned they delayed it, so I needed up having to ask to delay it for another week as I was away. When I was on holiday they called me to ask about fabric. Bear in mind they told me my sofa was ready and just in storage at this point. They confused me so much about the fabric it’s the wrong one on the sofa. I have tried so many times to call them and no one answers. I’ve messaged flat out and still no response. Very very unhappy. Do not recommend this company at all as they are so unprofessional in dealing with errors they made. I have been trying to contact them at least once a week since 21st June, it’s 15th August today. I can confirm they have sent me the wrong sofa completely and it is not the Bloomsbury that I ordered and paid for! I will keep trying to contact them but I have to also seek legal advice from the consumer advice. Shocking customer service and after care service. I simply wanted a replacement to the sofa I ordered and paid for. Or they can have this one back and issue a full refund.

This company is a shambles!!!
They should be investigated! And done for fraud they’re using other companies photos! Do not be fooled these sofa as made at the lowest quality! They have staples hanging out which they obviously staple the cheap fabric to the wooden base! The cushions aren’t even comfortable absolute cat fish!

I ordered my sofa 10 weeks ago when it arrived it had the wrong cushions and 5 BAD stains and broken zip! I contacted the customer service who is basically anyone who works in the warehouse in Liverpool and they said would be sent straight away!
5 weeks I called and called until I was given the managers number who was so upset with the service I had received! He promised a replacements asap! This never happened I phoned him again and said if he could provide me with the new sofa my partner has a big following on instagram so he can promote the business!
This is the worst thing we ever did! I’m ashamed we have even promoted this scummy business!
10 weeks later I still haven’t received my replacement! The manager actually even said a new sofa had been made for the inconvenience as the material no longer existed off my current one!
The sofas also have no protection on them they cannot be cleaned!

After 10 weeks I finally received my replacement sofa! And……..
It was covered in black and blue stains all over the fabric in a bad condition and the stitching was all out of place basically made with their eyes closed in a dirty warehouse!
So now I have a new sofa which is covered in dirty marks and this was the manger response..
I dont know its light colour gets dirty easily.. when they fill cushions up.: but these are just dirt mark if you wipe with fabric cleaner you can easily remove
The sofa is always 40cm smaller than my sofa so now looks odd in my living room as I originally choose the accurate measurements!
I’ve done a bank dispute with my bank and reported this company to the trading standards

Sofa did not turn up the first day we were told it would be delivered.
The second delivery day we were told it would be 9am and it didn’t turn up until 11:30pm.
Once the sofa was delivered it had a tear in one of the footstools. 20 messages/emails/phone calls we are still waiting for a replacement to be sent out.
I would not recommend ordering from here.

I received my sofa on the 29th of June and the clips on the corner sofa where in the wrong place and cushion where to big. I emailed and they said they would send a new sofa and cushion. On Tuesday the 3oth of July at 10.30pm at night which is not ok. finally received my replacement sofa with a new foot stool and no new cushions as promised through email. Cushions don't fit the sofa properly.
I have emailed twice since Tuesday evening and still no reply. Why dint they just deliver what they say they will. Very disappointed in the service.

I thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt. Ordered one bed panel, to see what they were like. As the photos are from another company’s website. Never got this item within 3 weeks, so cancelled. Now trying to get a refund. They need to be reported to Trading Standards, which I will be doing. They should not be in business, they are a scam.

AVOID them at all costs. They answer you quickly pre-sale but you cannot get a reply after you purchase! The only phone number is automated, emails are ignored and WhatsApp ignored.
Delivery of Bloomsbury large sofa and loveseat was meant to come on 26thApril , twelve days after ordering.
No communication whatsoever, didn’t come, next day still nothing and was told van had broken down.
On the Sunday night 28 April 2024 at 10.15 pm the van arrived and dropped off furniture, we were going to bed so didn’t unpack it to inspect til next morning.
I am disabled and a wheelchair user so it was difficult for me as I had been without any furniture for 2 days and they knew this.
When they left, we were unable to close our front door, they had damaged the hinge while pushing the pieces of furniture through the doorway, they refuse to acknowledged this.
On unpacking the furniture, it was instantly obvious that it wasn’t what we wanted, we had taken measurements to ensure it would fit, but nothing prepared us for the actual depth of the seats, in the dimensions they don’t give any measurements for seat depth …the seats are so deep that with your back to the cushion your legs, knees, ankles and feet are up on the seat and do not touch the floor…not in a “ natural seated position….. it certainly doesn’t look like the pics shown online, to advertise it. We were so very disappointed as also the quality wasn’t what we expected, we immediately asked for a return as it advertised a “ no hassle 30 day money back guarantee”,although it doesn’t state you will be charged £299 for a return.
We were told that we would need to wait til they are in our area , although the company say they are based in London , the delivery guys said they had travelled from Lancashire.

I have a friend who purchased the Marylebone sofa, from Sofa Club. Now this website advertises the exact same sofa, but do not be fooled it is absolutely nothing like what you see on the images, it is a very poorly made dupe and to top it off the material is velvet
