Do not use this company. Appalling service. Tried to over charge. The actual work carried out was subpar. The person left water all over the floor. Left my bathroom in a mess then threaten me while leaving because I took a photo of his licence plate.
Stay clear at all costs

I love my couches but the delivery guys were iigmorant, they never even said they were away. Left my garden covered in boxes then took £30 from me to build the sofas.

Well I used thus firm again and theh didn't disappoint again. Last I used was back in 2021. Jeff and colleague arrived. Did perfect job on my leather lounge. All water marks and stains were removed and job done properly. Jeff shared his profile for a good review and will always recommend them. Thanks Sam and Jeff.

Extremely bad service guys are abusive and charging more once they are coming to your house please do not use thir services. I wish I have minus stars here. It’s a scam.

I had an awesome experience with Jeff and team. I booked them in for my leather couch cleaning and I got booked next day. Gentlemen arrived and explained me the whole process. They did as good a job as they could. Now I have a clean Couch which I was about to throw away. Yes they were slightly more expensive but it was worth it!!! Got job done in Randwick.

Sadly I didn’t read the other reviews before I too got scammed. They came out to quote and said it would be $260 per seat for a 3 seat couch to clean, sanitise and scotch guard. Guy took 20 minutes, left areas undone and left water all over the floor along with discarded wet towels.charged me $867. Tried to charge another $200 for call out but I said they had said no call out fee so he dropped that. I called Couchmaster next business day to ask what a three seat couch would cost- they quoted $120-$160 for clean sanitise and scotch guard- same couch. I asked for refund of the extra they had charged and they refused.

I moved into a new place only to find out the leather couch has never been cleaned. There were stains and marks on it all over. I went online to find a reputable company and landed with Jeff and team. They did an amazing job and made my time/money worthwhile. Will get them again next time!! Keep it up guys.

With the summers around the corner, I wanted to get lounge cleaned and protected. After getting several prices online I landed with Jeff. Company was prompt and very upfront. There were no hidden charges and everything was explained clearly. Very happy with the service. Will recommend to everyone around Eastern suburbs especially.!!

Jeff and team did a great job on our old furniture. We were about to get rid of the couch when we found them online. They worked like a well oiled machinery and everything was good from start to the end. Highly recommended !!

Hour late. Only spot clean lounge and very little Scotch guard. Will not issue receipt only text showing amount paid.

Like many have already said - stay away from this company, they are a SCAM of note!!!!!! Quoted $130-$160. I queried the reason for the price range & was told to send a photo. Sent photo and called back only to be told it would now be $160. Operator arrived late. Hard upselling started the minute he entered our home - pricing has 3 tiers he said - service with 1 year or 2 year or 3 year guarantee. Price increased significantly depending on how long you wanted the guarantee for. Kept on being told the product was the best there is on the market and organic etc. Operator went to his van and came back with a small spray bottle which he added water from a tap in my home. He proceeded to spray the couch with whatever was in the spray bottle by walking around it - took 5-10 minutes tops. Whatever he sprayed on the couch had a nice smell, no chemical smell (I know what scotch guard smells like). Am almost sure that what was sprayed on the couch was NOT scotch guard, but rather some fabric deoderizer instead. Operator asked for my e-mail and mobile number and said he would send tax invoice and receipt for cash payment. I am still waiting for this - and have followed up a few times but no response. Why would you not send a client a tax invoice and receipt after a service, unless you had something to hide? Anyways, I am convinced we were scammed. I also went out and bought scotch guard today to redo this job as I am not convinced the Operator actually sprayed the couch with Scotch guard.

Do not even deserve 1 star. They are a scam! They only attended for 10 mins and our couch is still dirty and they never did the rug. They offered to send someone back but never did. Their quote is a scam and then try and charge you more and ask for payment upfront. The are disrespectful when speaking to you and stopped responding. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Mark from the business quoted 160 aud and Jeff in the morning changed every price. Jeff is very rude and got attitude problem. He demanded cash before starting the job and asked for additional gst when I wanted the invoice. We were so annoyed with his unprofessional-ism and lies that we decided not to get the job done by him. Even though there was no mention of call out charge, he claimed 150. We did not want to waste our time any more and wanted him to be out of our house and so paid the call out charge. Totally disgusted with this guy.

DO NOT USE..They underquote and then come and try to convince you to pay more for a better clean.. the stains still did not come out. They promised to come back and have not turned up each time I tried calling them..

OMG , my bad I didn’t ask for a quote before hand but was utterly shocked at the price he pull out of the air for a 3 seat sofa bed. $1622 which included a spray of deodoriser. I was told I’d receive an itemised email which never occurred. I then also contacted as the lounge still appeared dirty, communication via text was poor and they never confirmed a time to return. This experience has taught me to ask for a quote first and for an hour of work I think this couple really played me. I just wanted them to redo the work I over paid for . I gave them 1 star as they came.

Jeff and the team were amazing from start to beginning. I had used them before to fix some couches and I used them again this year and they don't fail to disappoint. I was booked for same day and operator arrived on time.

The job was done beautifully and he was now I've a brand new couch again.

Highly recommended. Keep it up guys.

ING rightfully had the business as high alert. And while the job was done. The cost was exceptionally more expensive than quoted on the phone. Water was everywhere. There were issues along the way and he forgot to bring his efpos machine so demanded direct payment.

Jeff arrived in time and did a perfect job on our couches. All the stains have been removed and now we don't have to throw away our old couch. Couldn't be more grateful.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Firstly I regret that I should have read this post before scheduling the job.

Initially I called to get a quote for a 3 seater couch cleaning. The price was between $140-160. I have double confirmed there will be no surcharge. I also mentioned when the worker is here, please provide me a quote of bed head cleaning.

On arrival, he gave me an updated price that couch is $270 and bed head is $220.
I told him that I will do couch cleaning, if a bed head cleaning costs $220 then I will just buy a new bed head.

After he finished cleaning the couch, he told me if I don't do bed head together the cost will be different and it is $350.

I told him I would only pay agreed price of $270 for couch, then he started to speak F*** words at me and threatening me to pour the dirty water back to the couch.

He called me rude, but he is the person throwing F works at his customer. The act is completely unacceptable. I am surprised how they do business in Australia, well the whole company is a SCAM isn't it?

I had to call local police officer as a record and as a witness on the phone, finally he agreed with the job price $270.

In addition he even damaged my floor case. He denied but later he also said the machine is heavy.
He said he will let his company to follow up but I doubted after I read this thread.

Later he asked me if I am Chinese. If I am Chinese he wants to give me an lesson that and this is not how we do business in Australia. I found it's funny that he shows no professional manner, swearing at customers and bring up the price whatever he feels like. He claims he is an Australian business???

By reading the other previous customer review, this is not a once off issue, this is how they do their business day to day.

Do not trust the positive feedback.
Avoid this business completely.
