Non existent customer service
Great spares and they arrived quickly.
But one of the parts had the correct number but was the wrong part.
No number to call, only email.
No response to email ticket raised.
So customer service is problematic.
I raised a support ticket 00041054 and got no reply, replied to the ticket asking for an update, but got nothing. Unfortunately no phone number only the contact form.
The part was a scraper wire, the supplied part had the correct number but was much longer than the specification.

Delivery and service all great but the issue is that its a bit of plastic for 60 quid ? I get the margins are great on after market but even so ! Then you charge delivery. The big grumble is that there so many bits of plastic, belts, levers and adjustments that need to be made on these machines - plastic bits are not very robust for the rugged terrain of a British lawn in Surrey :-)
