The BEST internet provider
I have used ALL the Internet providers over the years. Not one can compare to country connect. When there is an issue, day or night, (almost always user error) I can get hold of them and they will remotely sort it out for me within minutes. Even later on a Saturday evening. This has happened multiple times and they’ve never once let me down. I CANNOT recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Worst part is I live in a new build and they have a contract with the building developers to be the sole ISP. Internet drops constantly, they use CGNAT because they are too lazy to implement IPV6, Customer web portal is atrocious and doesn’t work properly(this is even with their “new” revamp), also they have now removed their service status tracker(I wonder why).
To add insult to injury, they have now increased the tariff price I’m on but are offering a lesser service. I’m getting the same download speed but they’ve reduced my upload speed by 90%! Guess this fits with the new “Pay more, get less” culture sweeping the UK. Not impressed!

Poor service …
I haven't got a clue what has happened to country connect but it's gone down ill. The speed has dropped if my boys got there play stations on no one else can get any WiFi complaints don't get answered I am thinking of changing I have been with them over 4 years now I'm done.

I had no choice to sign up as I moved into a new build. The customer service and set up was brilliant. The Internet cuts out quite a bit, no where near as much as sky used to and a lot cheaper.

We have zero choice but to accept country connect. The service is fine, they fix issues quickly. What i object to is the i crease in price with reduction of speeds and being told this is part of an enhanced experience.
As soon as the network is open I will leave you try connect, as will 80% of my neighbours

We have had an odd downtime due to system update but this has not lasted long. I was happy paying the previous price as it was kept the same as before they took over, but not too impressed with the new rate. At the moment we have no other choice
Rip off price increase!
Overall I've been with CC for 5 to 6 years now and as a low user couldn't fault their service. But as of the 1st of April they are implementing a 180% price increase, how can they justify increasing their prices from £21.60 to £39.00! Customer services were not interested when I raised this issue as they knew I had no choice but to stay with them as they have a monopoly in my area.

Excellent company
Have been with Country Connect for over eight years and have nothing but praise for the company. Over the last couple of years their service has been extremely reliable and have had zero cause to contat them. Any network issue they are experiencing are quickly relayed and resolved. I work from home most weeks and an unreliable network would have been a nightmare
Overall the service works well
Overall the service works well with only 1 major problem since we joined. The service went down for a day and I felt the Company should have kept Customers informed throughout the day.
The Customer Team always respond to queries and are happy to deal with all issues. The price is right and is very competitive versus competitors especially Sky.
All in all very glad I chose them.

As usual speaking with Country Connect is always a pleasant experience.
Once you’re in, you can never leave
The estate I live is ring fenced to one provider. No other providers are able to use the “wires” that country connect use.
Therefore if I decide to leave, I will be without broadband unless using a “sim-only” related broadband.
If I stay, there is no competition to drive the prices down. If I stay on a rolling contact I could be paying up to £49 per month. If I stay on a two year fixed rate I could be paying £46, either product is between £10-£14 more than I currently pay.
Whilst the service I have found to be okay when used, I’ve found that once you’re in the contract, you can’t get out - don’t get caught out!
