Broke a spoke and needed a fast fix as was going away with the Bike. Keith and the lads fitted me in next day and swapped the cassette et onto another wheel I had . Up and running in a couple of hours .. superb support.

Peter was great to work with. We ended up requiring some extra special help figuring out which bike was the best for both my wife and me. Peter was patient and helpful and ended going the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Best service I've received from any retailer in a very long time.

Keith did a fantastic job locating a new Cube 800 Race in exchange for my Cube Reaction. Meanwhile my Wife’s Cube was also being serviced. Great team, Customer focused and fanatical about bikes!

Had an issue with my bike which meant it was out of action. The team were so helpful and squeezed it in within 24hours. Enjoyed a lovely coffee next door whilst they worked on it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Absolute quality service from Fraser at this business today. I had mechanical on my run today and he went out his way to fix as much as he could and to ensure I was able to get home. Even gave me info on the brand specific part that I need to complete the repair.

Big shout out to Country Cycles for helping me out at the weekend. Lost my tool pouch whilst bike packing the John Muir Way W > E (yes ouch £££). Super friendly staff got me back on my way and to the finish with some quality kit secure in the knowledge I'd be covered for any eventuality especially with the off road variants to come.

Brought a wheel needing new inner tube.today. Within 20 minutes I left with a replaced tube. Craig and Oliver were absolutely helpful, polite, friendly and quite efficient in their roles for customer satisfaction. Would thoroughly recommend this service!

Just had my e-bike serviced. When with a couple of issues and glad to say all fixed. Like a new bike again.

Can’t speak highly enough of Frazer and the team at Country Cycles. I purchased my Cube eBike from them and received first class service both with sales and follow up service. They even provided delivery to Somerset and charged far less then my local store. I’d buy from Country Cycles again.
