Very professional from initial phone call for a quote to the work being done on time and to a good standard.

Countrywide staff gave an honest and comprehensive appraisal of what work needed to be done, completed the work as stated leaving no mess and issued the certificate required with photographs when the work was completed. Not the cheapest, but it was the company we felt most confident with after requesting several quotes.

From the beginning I found this company to be extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
Harrison met me at my parents house to discuss their loft,after completing an inspection of the roof he talked through the work that needed to take place to remove the open cell spray foam.
I received a quote with all the information and a date was fixed to fit around my parents.
The south west team led by Matt worked tirelessly over two days to remove the spray foam and lay new insulation.

I found Countrywide, from the very first phone conversation to the first contact when Harrison called to give me a quote, to be absolutely professional. Steve & his team arrived yesterday morning, at 7.30 sharp, as arranged & completed the job of removing the spray foam in my loft, efficiently & quickly. I had originally been told it would take 2 days but they completed it approximately 10 hours. The guys were friendly & so supportive, as I was struggling to walk & helped to move items. I am so impressed & would highly recommend this family run company who's staff where the logo with pride.

I can't recommend Countrywide highly enough. I had my roof retiled by someone who didn’t do a very good job, so I ended up having to get the whole thing done again. Craig and the team came to the rescue and sorted everything out. The roofers themselves were excellent — they’ve worked together for many years, which clearly showed in the quality of the finished job. Tidy, conscientious, and very professional. I’m absolutely delighted with the result.

They were very quick and efficient after my initial enquiry. I don't think the costs were made clear to me before the arrival of the rep which could have saved us both time. The sales rep could not have been ruder as a result.

They worked incredibly hard in difficult conditions with not a word of complaint. And they went to the trouble of fixing a roof tile that had become dislodged. I needed to rid my loft of poorly installed open foam insulation. I got surveys done by a number of firms but chose Countrywide Roofing & Insulation Ltd, because their surveyor, seemed the most thorough, and although they were not the cheapest I felt more confident. I'm glad I chose well. People make a company good or bad. Everyone I spoke with at the firm made me feel confident and the team of four who turned up to do the job, who Trustpilot sadly advise, I should not name, were all very friendly, informative, hard working, efficient and professional. They were both polite and the cleanest workmen we have encountered:- vacuumed the house leaving it spotless at the end of each day and most importantly turning up when they said they would. They worked nonstop to get the task completed and for that we are extremely grateful.

COUNTRYWIDE roofing were very efficient. They quoted and did not push. When we decided to proceed they were very prompt and kept in touch as promised.
On the day the team arrived on time and worked hard. They were brilliant and did an excellent job and tidied ip after.

3 lovely young men travelled from the Liverpool area to Newcastle upon Tyne to remove from insulation from our loft, they were very hard working and never stopped, ( not even for a cuppa ). On completion of the job they cleaned up and hoovered our carpet! Would recommend them again, thanks lads brilliant job
