I contacted Countrywide Roofing & Insulation after researching companies to remove open cell spray foam insulation from our loft. This company were professional with all their communications and gave written confirmation and quotes, so there were no hidden surprise expenses. The team carrying out the remove were equally as polite and professional and did a sterling job of removal and clean up dispite the cramp and claustrophobic crawl space in our loft. Very impressed with the work carried out and every stage of communications with Countrywide, no pushy hard sell the price quoted was the price paid, along with the supporting paperwork for insurance purposes and site audit. I had a very positive experience with this company in getting the spray foam professionally remove from the bungalow roof. The person who came to view and estimate was very knowledgeable and I received a quote quickly. The team that removed the foam worked very hard and did a fantastic job in cleaning up and hoovering once they had finished. I received the inspection certificate promptly after settling the invoice. I would recommend this company. They were originally recommended by our local estate agent, where one of their other customers had recently used them and then had no issues selling their property.

Generally very pleased with work carried out, workmen very pleasant, left site tidy, communication with company excellent.

From start to finish my parents have been pleased with the service from Countrywide Roofing and insulation, the initial meeting was informative and they were reassured that the open cell foam they had installed only two years ago could be removed easily and within the alloted timeframe needed.

On the day the team came Steve and Brendon arrived on time, worked a long day, were polite and kept them informed as to how the removal was going, they cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the open cell foam along with the insulation (which was replaced) after the work had been completed.

They are pleased with a Fantastic service and have been reassured that their property can now be put on the market knowing the open cell foam has been removed and hasn't caused any damage or caused issues to their roof.

Several years ago, we purchased government approved spray on Insulation. We were then informed that leaving Insulation on our house would condemn the roof and leave it the house unmortgageable. We scoured the Internet to get suitable company as we had several charlatans come and try to rip us off. The work took 3 days and everything involved was first class. We would highly recommend the company and to be honest we used Trust a Trader to choose the company in the first place and it proved worthwhile

Countrywide have just replaced our entire roof and I must say it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. They have been very thorough and well organised, ensuring that all the required trades were available when required and kept us well informed throughout the job. We had our spray foam insulation removed. From getting a quote to completion , the customer service team were efficient and kept us updated via phone and email. Ashley was very prompt at coming out and surveying the job beforehand. Was open and honest, even went the extra mile to keep an available slot open for us as they were booked up for the next few weeks. The two guys that came and completed the job were friendly and left the house at an acceptable standard .

They arrived early which suited us the 2 gentlemen were very polite. Got on with the work removing the foam . We had a small hatch to loft which was a bit harder for them. But they done a good job made a little mess . But cleaned it up before leaving. I do recommend the company

Contacted this company after another cold call company tried to secure our business.

After using a contact form, we received a call within the hour, a surveyor appointment was organised within next few days, and after a full inspection of the roof, advised what work would be required, and all our queries answered.

The work was scheduled for two weeks later.

A three man team arrived and after giving us a detailed account of the processes involved, worked hard over the next two days.

Throughout the work,our home was suitably covered with dust sheets, and all foam/materials removed completely at the end of the job.New insulation was then laid.

Before leaving,landing/stairs/ hall areas were vacumed and left tidy.

We were shown photos of the roof
space and new insulation.

The following day, the final invoice received by email, after a call to ensure that we were happy with the work carried out.

The team who worked on our home, treated it with respect, and were friendly, professional and thorough.

After agonising for some time about having the foam removed from our roof, and after extensive research, we settled on this company after reading many positive reviews, and we are very pleased with our choice, and can highly recommend this company.

Phoned up Countrywide Roofing and Insulation to enquire about removal of spray foam insulation from our loft. They immediately sent out a surveyor who gave us a realistic quote and a date for removal of the foam. A team arrived on time and on the date arranged and completed the job expertly. All foam removed satisfactorly and the place cleaned throughout afterwards. Payment only requested AFTER the job was done and a certificate issued to us which would satisfy a mortgage company for compliance. Would highly recommend this Company.

I have given a five star rating because from my initial enquiry to the completion everything has been dealt with in a very professional manner. Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Each stage was explained clearly and all appointments met. The installation guys were extremely professional and were happy to answer any of my questions. Also any mess they had made was cleared every day before they left. It made the whole process a positive experience.

Dealing with Countrywide roofing has been very easy and stress free. They told me the whole process from Liam's initial visit to assess the cell foam and to explain what would be happening. To Steven and his colleague arriving for its removal, they removed 10 bags of the foam and used an industrial vacuum to tidy away. I was given a report as well and photographs which is useful for anyone should they need this for Mortgage purposes. They also fitted new insulation within the loft for me on the same day. On the whole a really great company. Thank you.

From my first contact with Countrywide Roofing & Insulation to the finished product all staff were excellent. The work ethics of the two fitters was superb, they arrived on time, worked solid for two days removing the spray foam and then the fitting of the new roof insulation. top marks for all the work, thank you.

Needed a certified clearance of foam loft insulation before selling father's bungalow. Excellent job from Frederica who did the original survey and was detailed, knowledgeable and reassuring. We booked the work to start just over a week later and the team of three, led by Ricky actually called to ask if they could start on Sunday rather than Monday! All work was completed in 48 hours, with all foam bagged and removed to their van for proper disposal and the house was cleaned and left free of debris. Couldn't fault the team or the quality of their work. Very happy and grateful that Countrywide could do the job quickly and thoroughly with no issues. Many thanks

Great company that were polite, not pushy and fitted in around me. Team was Steve and Brandon who turned up early. We’re lovely and extremely hard working. I didn’t have to do anything apart from put the kettle on. They removed the foam and replaced a couple of felt patches, took away the rubbish and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. If you’ve been caught out with loft foam insulation and cannot sell your home I would recommend this company.

The workmen arrived at 8.00am and started work immediately. They were polite and worked very efficiently. They only had a short luch break and completed the work 9.30 pm. They cleared up and didn't leave any mess.
I can highly recommend them for their work.
