My wife begged me to order a set of matching rings for months and I finally did. Checked delivery dates and ordered three weeks before I needed them for Christmas. I'm still waiting with no delivery dates given and the tracking number given doesn't provide any information. I'm feeling like I've been scammed

I was not provided any tracking and one day my package showed up.
I ordered 2xl Bonnie and Clyde hoodies and what I got was 1 XL Bonnie hoodie and one small Bonnie hoodie.
Not at all what I ordered well I suppose half of what I ordered, confused as my receipt said Bonnie and Clyde XL hoodies.
The thread was already coming off the sleeve of the sweater I ordered.
I would not recommend.
I chose the website because of the good reviews but I should have listened to the bad reviews.
My order was not worth what I paid.

This company should not and I repeat should not be selling these rings for $50. The picture yes those rings worth $50 dollars but the 1 on my finger hell no! On the website they will have you believing they going to send your rings in a nice box and they going to look like the pic! I got the Rose Gold matching couples ring the 1 with the roses on the side! I don't know who created my ring but the things on the side are not roses. Then the rings don't fit and they just put the rings in lil bags and threw them in the box. But the box had placed for them to sit the rings in properly. I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! ALL THEM REVIEWS ON THEY WEBSITE HAVE TO BE FAKE!

CouplesChoices advertised a a specific shipping window and did not deliver within that window. When asked for a shipping update they did not provide one with 3 days. When asked again after3days for an update I was told to check the FAQ page and given no update. Order did not arrive in time for special event despite ordering 22 days prior to the event. Customer service was non-existent and I would never recommend this vendor. It definitely feels like a scam.

Ok I ordered from couple choice about 2 months ago and I will say do not order from this company. I ordered matching rings and received them almost a month later. I was so excited to open the package but when I opened the package the rings were the wrong size. I then sent them an email through customer support and they agreed to send me the same rings with the correct sizes free of charge. So 2 weeks later after I agreed to getting the rings again I received the package today, opened it and the rings were the right size however they were not the rings I ordered and my ring was mangled and had misplaced diamonds and looked like it was a rejected ring. So unsatisfied with this company.

Soft, comfy, and well-made. These shirts are great, and the fit is spot on for both of us. We'll definitely be ordering again.

Wore our matching shirts to a concert, and we couldn't believe the number of compliments we got. Great quality and they fit perfectly.

These hoodie are so soft and comfortable! I was also really impressed with the customer service. Quick relies and super helpful.

This is a company from China, delivery takes forever and products are very cheap made. I had to sent many emails to get information qbout the order when I received it I didn't like it. And took many other emails to get an answer for return.
They said they feel satisfied with the product therefore I couldn't return it.

All I'm getting told is their sorry, and there looking in to it, which has bene the same answer for the last 30 days 🤔

I placed an order for rings on August 30th, finally received them around Sept 15th and it’s now Oct 4th and the rings have tarnished and turned my finger green. I wouldn’t waste my money on these!

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago and all they keep doing is sending the same email that it is on the way. I requested a refund and they refuse to send me a refund.

🚨 HIGHWAY ROBBERY ALERT 🚨Couples Choices is out here playing games! I placed an order and asked for a cancellation RIGHT after, but they REFUSED. Their policy claims you can get your money back within 30 days (see image), but apparently, that doesn’t apply when you try to cancel right after ordering.Feels like they’re robbing me in broad daylight. 💸 Anyone else fall victim to this nonsense? Spread the word before they trap more people!

I ordered my wedding rings and matching couple T-shirts I was told they were delivered nothing come and my wedding is next week if they were delivered they should be at list a proof of delivery a picture or something in the tacking up it says transit it shows no whereabouts of the products I’m very disappointed if you gonna order from them all the best well as for me this experience is traumatic!!

I ordered shirts and rings from them and never received any of them and that was back on July 4th 2024 I only ordered from them because i ordered from them during the pandemic and i got my stuff but now I didn’t get nothing no email no confirmation number no tracking absolutely nothing can’t reach nobody to get a refund it’s just terrible
