Courier point was so quick in replying to my previous review that they forgot to check the facts. My reimbursement, as I said, was denied. I got in touch with UPS myself and they told me Courier Point was in fact able to request a refund on my behalf. I got in touch with courier point again and told them what I found out and they said they would try. Since then I never heard back, only when I get in touch myself they keep on saying they haven't heard back from UPS (after almost a month). Why don't you grab the phone and call?? Ps. I resent the same parcel with Poste Italiane, I got the parcel in 7 working days. Avoid this company

What a nightmare
What a nightmare. Engaged Courierpoint to have some items shipped and almost immediately the problems started. Had requested and arranged a pickup, that never happened (despite following up after the first missed pickup and getting assurance from Courierpoint that it would), so went to plan B and used a drop off point. When the items finally arrived, they were in pieces, literally!. Raised the issue with the assigned courier, got nowhere! Eventually found a contact for Courierpoint and raised the issue with them, cause of the problem insufficient packaging? Don't know what this means as the items were accepted and shipped without any notification that the packaging may be an issue.
Courierpoint are NOT a courier company so there is little point expecting any kind of quality courier service from them, they simply hand off the issue to someone else and that's the lot.
If you want assurance that your items will be shipped in one piece and on time, use one of the established courier companies, not a broker.
If you want someone to accept responsibility where something goes wrong - do NOT use Courierpoint.
I have been shipping items with the main courier companies and have never had an issue, this is a costly lesson in trying to cut corners - Don't!. When shipping antything that has any value to you avoid this kind of service, the main courier companies will get you your package on time, in the expected quality and for a price that doesn't involve many lost hours trying to trace and resolve issues with the shipment.

Useless
If something goes wrong they can't give you direct answers as they email the couriers and can't contact them directly. Do yourself a favour and book directly with the courier.

Parcel was collected in UK on Tuesday 23rd March at 16:28 and delivered to mine son in USA on Thursday 25th March at 13:25 (UK time). 45 hours from collection to delivery- exceptional!

Great, easy online, print at home collection service . Quick delivery and good tracking - arrived a day earlier than expected.
Competitive pricing but still expensive - sent a birthday card from UK to UAE and was over £27.
Would use again.
Bad Service, poor communications
We have book courier via Courier point but my customer's item never been collected. I complaints twice but no action from them. They supposed let us know after contacting with courier but haven't heard anything from them until today I knocked them. They always give customers lame excuses. I booked a service before and was not happy with their slow service.
Never come back and use their service again.

A pointless service for me. I was emailed by Courierpoint on the day my courier were due to pick up my parcels, to inform me to call the courier and sort out the collection myself.
Even though I was originally informed in the email confirmation that the courier had been notified and were on their way?!?!
If I have to do all the chasing & calling, I may as well have gone to the courier directly. Not as if I saved any money!!

Hello, don't even try,the first thing is you pay more then you will pay directly to the company who is delivering the parcel, second thing no one is taking responsibility,I will told you my experience with them I buy for my family 2 iPhone 12 pro max gold and I put them to Romania with this company the parcel was delayed because God knows (of course will say Corona virus/Brexit) the nice part was when the parcel finally arrived I received a call from Bucharest asking me to pay 600€ that means 20% from the value of the phones, courier point let you to book the service with out create a account when I ask them was saying you was supposed to see that when you open a account what is not really make sense after I request the item to come back to England the cost will be nearly 200£ that happens on 19 January, every day I'm waiting for the parcel to come back I'm sending them email always,what I can hear from them is SORRY BECAUSE THE PARCEL IS DELAYED. DON'T EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY

CourierPoint ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE & hiding behind Covid…
CourierPoint are hiding behind Covid rules forcing communications by email or chat where they control the narritive and power.
I made an error sending two packages abroad each containing an aerosol to find out that they were wrongly coded & were deemed hazardous.
Both packages were caught up at Stansted - no one contacted me to make me aware of the issue & I was forced to investigate online.
Identifying the issue I have made many attempts to confirm their status, their location & request options to reclassify- add money for them to be released & delivered. Impossible!
I asked for a partial refund & to be returned (as only went 30 miles!) Refused!
I asked for them to be returned to me within the cost I have already paid - Refused! even after appeal!
Now almost 3 months later I keep asking where they are - No response
What the cost will be to return them to me - they "can't" tell me until after it has been returned!
Can I arrange a suitable drop point for me to pick them up - Not Possible!
Any alternative options they can advise - they have now twice said they cannot advise anything further and drop my call forcing me to start again or give up!!
This is MY PROPERTY and I have PAID for a SERVICE that has not been provided. The worst point of all is that there is NO Customer Service, No Care or consideration and No resolution!!
USE A LEGITIMATE AND REPUTABLE CARRIER DIRECTLY - NOT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
