I am so impressed with this company’s fast & efficient service. I had researched various other couriers & found that Courierpoint had the most consistent & best reviews on trustpilot. I placed my ‘Express’ order online on Sunday night & my parcel was picked up from my house - Rainham, Essex UK by noon the next day (08/02/2021) and delivered to Ontario, Canada by 2:30pm on Wednesday (10/02/2021) as stated on their website.
The process was very easy & simple and the tracking information was spot on! Well done Courierpoint, I will definitely be using your services again!

Booking was easy. I went to the drop point with the required documents and it was a five minute job there. Delivered in 3 working days.

All round good service particularly given the price except the document pick up. They do not give a time estimate so potentially you have to wait around all day waiting for their arrival. Not very efficient. Other companies provide a 2 hour window which is just fine.
Disappointing, to say the least
After filling out all the data on the website and paying for the shipping, I was emailed two files and instructions for scheduling collection of my parcel. The files they sent were a barcode label and the invoice containing a description of the items shipped and their values. After a few attempts, I was answered by their customer service and managed to schedule my collection, confirming by phone that all the box and all the sheets were in order. The carrier arrives at the end of the day and refuses to take my parcel because, according to him, a declaration of the items was missing. I explained that the invoice contained this information indeed and that I could make a copy or write with my own hand for him to collect. He refused it and said it had to be a separately printed document, which had never been requested or mentioned in the email I received with the instructions. But, what could I do? I had to reschedule the collection for the next day (Friday) and make up a declaration as the carrier asked, without any information from the company on how or in what language this document had to be written, since it is an international shipment. The carrier does not arrive on Friday. I call him in the late afternoon and he apologizes for FORGETTING to collect my parcel and reschedules it for Monday. Will he come? Very disappointing and upsetting service. I would like to know how I will be compensated for this inconvenience and for the delay in delivering my parcel. Apparently, the only agile phase of this process was the charging. Unfortunate!

The website is very easy to navigate to generate a quote and then to book the service required, Always a very efficient reliable service from quote, collection and right through to delivery.
Wasted effort
One collection refunded and cancelled no explanation. A LOT of work for nothing. Conflicting advice from online help. Not impressed.

Disappointed
Disappointed, I thought I’d found a great price for an express service.I had booked and paid for DHL express delivery from UK to Malta online .My parcel arrived and I had to pay €22 euro to release it ,( low value personal items) then after it had not arrived by the afternoon we called only to be told our parcel had gone to Gozo Instead of Malta and we would have to wait another day for it to come back! So my husband had to take half a day off work and take the ferry to Gozo as we needed the package that day .
I would say sending my package to another Island was a fairly notable mistake!

Fast and efficient service
Very bad, the company, the service and the client support
One my first delivery they break my bag and didn't bother with my complaints, always an excuse in the small letters, summing up they don't take responsibility in any case! Now on my second delivery they lost my parcel and for 3 months now that the company instead of solving the problem with UPS, the only thing they do it's forward emails back and forth!!!
