After giving birth to my baby I found myself in the position that I needed to file a small claims case against one of my clients. The only problem was I didn't have the time to go to the courthouse and file the papers/serve my client. Courtlinked did all of this for me- and then when I had questions they followed up with me with timely responses. I would highly recommend this service. Well worth the cost (which was very reasonable) and peace of mind.

If you have to sue someone in small claims " courtlinked " is the way to go and it's worth every penny you have to pay!! They give good advice, very prompt replying to your questions and very knowledgable about the court system!! They provided me with the correct paperwork to WIN my case

Anytime I have an issue I will use them over and over again. I can't tell you how many times companies try to mess you over. Walmart, got glass in my eye, oil change gone wrong, etc.

This company goes above and beyond and will do everything they can to ensure your satisfaction as a customer. There response time is amazing as well as their friendliness and helpfulness in dealing with idiotic court staff that don't know how to do their job and file a case. The company does everything for you at such a low cost and all you do is return the papers back to them and go to court. No worrying about how to file it or serve it. Also, the statement of claim form was written very professionally with legal lingo that will make the defendant know that the plaintiff knows what there doing.

They held my hand and guided me through every step of my small claims filing, answering my numerous questions in a thorough and timely manner and all this for a very reasonable fee. Their service was excellent and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone filing a claim via Small Claims court.

To be honest, I was skeptical when researching how to file a small claims case in another state. I found Court Linked and it was truly painless. Super simple to get the ball rolling. Finding CourtLink was a blessing..... As I prepared to file in small claims court in FL I googled how to file; their ad popped up, I clicked to read and the rest is history.....
