CourtLinked facilitated my small claims filing. It could not have been easier. The most valuable asset with CourtLinked is the fact that I can email CourtLinked for simple questions and legal definitions. The response emails are FAST and very accurate. I had a problem with a major flooring retailer and defective merchandise. I researched the internet on how to file a small claims action and quickly realized it would be to easy to not file correctly and cause myself a headache. I found Courlinked.com, completed the forms online, and the clocked started. As soon as the retailer was served with the small claims papers they settled for the full amount which included the cost of the service that Courtlink provided and the court costs. We are waiting the settlement check to arrive and we be able to put nearly a thousand dollars back into our account. All I can say is a BIG Thank You!

PS: The big retailers out there know what they are doing, most consumers don't when it comes to filing a small claims action correctly. Use Courtlinked and have the confidence of knowing it was done right, I believe the retailer took the case more seriously because it was professionally handled.

I had a landlord retain my entire security deposit after saying over and over that returning it would be 'no problem'. He just kept putting me off for four months, then went totally incommunicado. The deposit was for $4400, and I had left the house cleaner than when I moved in, so I was very distressed at this treatment. I searched around online and decided to take the case to small claims, but I found the process confusing and intimidating. Then I found Courtlinked. They took me through the process, handled all the confusing filings, demand letters, serving of papers, etc. I did more research on my own since they advise you to be prepared and bring all your evidence. So, even though I had to prepare the case and represent myself, I was totally confident that all the legal 'stuff' was handled, and it was, thanks to Courtlinked. I won the case. They offer further advice and resources when the other party still fails to make the court ordered payment (yes, that happens). Now I have successfully put a lien on the defendant's property as well. They pointed me in the right direction to know where to go for information on how to do this. The customer service was prompt, courteous and invaluable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with small claims court cases.

I was incredibly pleased with the level of service I received and the general knowledge of the staff at CourtLinked. When it comes to legal matters, I'm pretty clueless. I had a small claims situation, but had not decided whether or not I was going to act on it due to the anticipate expense of getting the paperwork filed and serving the defendant. This company was able to simplify the process; what you see (and what you pay for!) is what you get. They make things simple and take care of the technical stuff for you. When needed, they gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do. We were able to resolve my case quickly and without incident. I had no idea how to file a small claim, so I'm indebted to this company for doing it for me. They handled all my legal work for $75. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable and said they could take care of my issue immediately. The defendant ended up settling and I got everything I deserved quickly and efficiently. Without their assistance, guidance, and advice, my case would of been dismissed. It was my first time filing small claims against a business that failed to pay their invoices. You will not be disappointed with courtlinked's services. I never filed a small claims before so I was lost, my courthouse was no help as well. Came across courtlinkeds ad and decided to call them. My questions were answered and they delivered the services as promised. They also wrote and mailed my demand letters. As stated i was new to small claims and had a lot of question, my emails were answered promptly even Sunday evenings.

I used Courtlinked.com to file a small claims in New York - Manhattan against Chase bank for return ernest money on a failed transaction. I paid $75 and was simply astonished over the quality of service received. My associates contacted me, corrected Chase banks entity information, and filed my case. Got my material by mail within 1-2 weeks and at the same time, the rep from Chase called to settle the case in full.

I contacted Courtlinked they told me what to do and assisted me with the dismissal of the case.

I only paid $75 which they covered my $20 NY filing fee.
