Forced policy cancellations - car insurance.
Refused to reassess and move my current car insurance from a petrol to an electric car. Told its their company policy.(Even though lots of their customers are probably often making this type of move and other companies do it). "Cancellation" charges then incurred by me. £50 to broker, £20 to them - for a forced cancellation by them. Not happy.

Still ongoing claim, as yet very polite and certainly helpful. My claim is regarding redecorating due to water seepage from upstairs flat. I am in my eighties and recently lost my wife and they were so understanding.
