Excellent price for cover on a new build property with SIP construction and a green roof system. No dramas or loaded premiums just an appreciation that this may well be the way the building industry is going in the future.
Hopefully if the need ever came to claim, the service would be just as good!

First-time customer, so too early to tell, but the company seemed to have good reviews and I got good help from the chat facility with taking out the policy. Seems to be good value for money.

CoverBuilder made it very easy indeed to insure our non-standard house where other more famous insurers have been obstructive to the point of rudeness. I was impressed too with the instant clarification of a point on my wrong entry to one question. I have already recommended CoverBuilder to friends.

Perfect service using the chat. Difficult to reach over the phone.

I found that the website allowed me to purchase the product without too many problems. There was, however an apparently unusual list of customer credit terms presented at the end of the application process -- just prior to the request for payment. I had to phone the office for an explanation, since I had not requested a credit agreement. I found the explanation given hard to understand.
In addition to the above I found some annoying discrepancies between the declarations I gave in my application form and those stated on the policy when I received it. For instance:

I declared my house roof to have tiles but the policy recorded "slates"
Also I declared a previous claim against a burglary but this was recorded as "goods stolen from outside the property".

Good customer service

Had some issues at first with the website but they resolved them quickly and were very polite.

Fantastic online. Loses 1 star because it is only really online and you cannot phone to take out insurance. So far, so good though.
