Got exactly what it said we would easy monthly payments with a reminder link no extra charges the hotel apartment was large, clean, and free bus into the town and back throughout the day which was brilliant as hotel up a very steep hill we have just finished paying for our 2nd holiday with this company

Very unsure about this company to start with......Then comes along KYLA
The patience of a saint....really helpful , as I was communicating with my brother in Australia. And the time difference was a problem. She never faulted her professionalism, and after a week of discussions on WhatsApp, got us everything we wanted. I can't thank her enough, definitely employee of the year never mind month
And as a disabled pensioner, service like this is rarely found these days
I will definitely be using this company again

I had the great pleasure in dealing with Lilly today. She assisted us in booking a 9 day trip to Italy and Switzerland next September - 2027.
