Would rate zero but can't they will not stop calling and I have had enough of it I have had more than 35 -50 calls from them in the last month even when I try to say I don't want their service they keep calling and I'm flat out done with it never use it cause I bet you if they treat me like this then they treat most of there customers like this. Do not buy!!!

Purchase through cashback website and never receive cashback. Tried to ring cover choice and they just dont care. As long as they've got your money that's all that matters to them!

Avoid at all costs! All charming until they’ve sold the product and then they couldn’t care less. Also, don’t expect any cashback. They just leave it long enough for their commission and don’t reply to your emails. Disgusting!!

Took a policy out with cover choice, sold on the basis they would pay cashback. Over 1 year on they have ignored emails/calls and still no cash back. They are mis-selling insurance and I would advise anybody not to take a policy out with them

They were good in advising for the cover taken via them but have not honoured the cashback part of the deal. Not returning call and no response to email. Very poor experience

I have used this company for several years for my commercial vehicle, staff has always been helpful, informative and punctual in returning phone calls or emails.

They are not paying my cashback despite been agreed by them, numerous emails and phone calls made, but no reply, never going to deal with them, possibly taking matter to solicitors , very frustrating

The staff were very knowledgeable whilst I was taking out my policy and at that point I was very happy with the service. But 8 months on I am still waiting for my £147 cashback to be made payable via TopCashback. I have made numerous phone calls and spoken to various members of the sales team where each time I have been told "A member of our cashback team will be in contact", well so far I have had no contact and am feeling in No-mans land at the moment, and have no idea whether i am going to get my cashback or not. I am in the middle of moving house at the moment, so have better things to do than constantly chase CoverChoice, but the money would come in useful at this expensive time. Hopefully someone from Cover Choice will read this and actually resolve my issue.

I had to lower my insurance costs as I am now retired and I didn't need as much insurance as when I was younger. I still did need to cover the smaller mortgage that I had.
Tony from cover choice investigated the best options and within A couple of hours it was all sorted.
