Couldnt be more happy, brilliant service knowledgeable staff and very informative and helpful. The packages they offer are are a real bonus and too good to be missed. Renewed my policy in a matter of minutes followed by an email to confirm ,brilliant 👍

They called to remind me that it was due. the website wasn't really working for me to update and pay. Called in to the office and they were very helpful.

I have a pet insurance policy for my dog. I cannot recommend highly enough the customer service received every time I have called. I have spoken to both Lottie & Fee and without exception they are professional, friendly and efficient. Would not use anybody else now. Thank you for giving me assurance my pet's needs are being covered and making it such an easy customer focussed experience.

Although i haven't had to use the actual service yet, I've found it easy to access the hub and the price is the cheapest I've ever seen.

My partners car broke down, they took 4 hours to send a recovery despite us telling them the car was in an unsafe place, 2 weeks later the car broke down with a different fault, the company said we cannot send you another recovery despite our policy stating unlimited call outs, AVOID them.

Auto renew kicked in. I replied on their Webform countless times to cancel this, and refund the premium. I asked that they respond via email/phone. Nothing. No responses. When I eventually called them on their premium number - they cancelled the policy, but could not refund the policy. Annoyed, as I responded in the day of renewal and it took ages to rectify - so long that I lost out on the 14 day cooling off period.
The agent was pleasant enough.

I DO NOT OWN A CAR- I have attempted to inform you on several occasions but you have ignored these requests. AGAIN - DO NOT a car, and DO NOT require breakdown cover.

Rang to cancel a policy as changed the car no refund even though it was just past the 14 days, not even a partial refund. Also having to repeat myself 3 times as she couldn’t hear me as her screaming kid was in the back ground, obviously working from home. Not impressed at all, not very professional.
Then asked me if I really wanted to cancel the policy!!!

Quick and easy to renew. Great communication.
