Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your Free sample has not arrived with you, if you had informed us of this we could have sent a replacement out for you straight away. All of our samples are sent through Royal Mail post and on occasion they can go missing, which is something that is unfortunately out of our control. I am sorry you feel this misunderstanding warranted a 1 star review.

The product and delivery were fine , but I changed the job I was planning , so I chose to return product , this was easy and refund issued. The customer service were professional and prompt. would use again. Thanks.
