*UPDATE: True Scam from "overseas". After being offered 10% to 40% of my total refund - with their whining about "international fees" being so high to issue refund that's all they can offer- just to get it over with i tentatively accepted.. now.. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART and NO REFUND.!. Definitely stuck with CRAP items that are UGLY & don't fit. Should question why they respond to ALL 1*reviews with same canned AI Robotic response.* Items are definitely not as they appear on their AI website. I would say it's false advertisement or bait n switch.. but.?! **It IS FALSE ADVERTISING** Odered for Christmas gifts recv'd weeeeks later **tho being mailed from CA**, even tho they instantly take your money. They respond to emails requesting refunds in an extremely untimely manner so they don't have to refund customers. They haven't responded to 11th email sent requesting refund, and also asking how to return items that were requested ti NOT be sent due to requesting a refund before they even processed the order. I'm sure we're stuck with their inferior substandard products.. Just be aware before ordering from this website because their products are NOT as they appear.

I don't typically write reviews but I am disgusted with the customer service! First the items came late and then I couldn't use them so I wanted to return them, unused of course. I sent about 10 emails asking how to complete a return and all I got was the runaround and when I wanted to escalate the issue to management I never got a call or response. So now nothing got resolved and I'm stuck with these items I can't use. This company is so unprofessional i don't know how they are still in business! WARNING: Do not order from them!

It was the worst experience. Of purchasing online. The items. Online do not match up what you actually get. You do not get a heavy knitted sweater or. A cloak or a coat? You get a cheap imitation on polyester. I just emailed them but I don't have high hopes of it. Getting a refund? Also get this. One purchase. Was rejected by my bank, however. If your bank rejects it, they use another collection. Process and they get the money. Buyer beware. yada yadda yada I sent the pictures. To them days ago. And they still have not replied. I just sent them again. I sent them again. I still get no reply no refund.

It was incredibly easy to go through the merchandise and make selections. Will wait to receive product before making further statements.

The products are beautiful. The only issue I had was determining how measurements were devised. I ordered the full length cardigan for my daughter, my sister and myself; we're all different sizes. The bust and sleeves were simple. However, I wasn't sure how length was determined; from the neck,shoulders or waist? Soo I assumed the shoulders, we'll see when I receive them.

This company uses AI to promote their products. Clothing is not as it's shown on their website. Like the "Viking" sweater is just a print on cheap thin polyester. Their return policy is pretty much nonexistent as they say you can only return within 30 days of purchase but the items show up on the last day or after the return period. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. It's really a rip-off company.

The models looked sexy in your ads but when I saw HER in them she looked sexier.

Items were too small, contacted seller multiple times for return address only response they were sorry about problem. Return instructions returned to address on package no response. Contacted seller multiple times finally they responded after 3,4 emails they suggested keep items and refund only 20 percent DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELLER NOT GOOD CUST SVC AND ITEMS NOT SAME AS PICTURED!

The graphics are amazing 👏

There customer service is slow I've written to the twice and still no reply from them I believe reading others reviews they will drag out replying to me or sending the items to me I don't believe the items will come good as reading others reviews will not purchase from here again with such poor reviews and very slow customer service

Saw an ad for Cowboyhood. While checking out their site. Found 2 items that I really liked and so did my roommate. Ended up ordering Men's Viking Weapons Compass Vegvisir Vintage Full Zip Hoodie and Men's Viking Celtic Art Cozy Fur Collar Knit Hooded Sweater Jacket.

I just received these items and not fully impressed with what was received. The sweater jacket per the image is very deceiving. In the image it looks fairly thick but when I received these the sweater jacket is extremely thin not to mention this was ordered as a 4xl but it definitely is not. As roommate tried this on which he wears a 4xl and it's more like a 2xl. As for the zip hoodie purchased this was also deceiving looks a like it would be warm but in reality it's maybe a late spring time / early summer type hoodie. Also this is thinner then depicted in the images.

I do want to mention when I placed my order the wrong shipping address pulled over to the shipping. I had contacted them and they did correct this for me. So there is something customer service is at least good on that aspect.

So far a fantastic selection that's not available anywhere. The Nordic line my ancestors wore or something like it is great. I just ordered and have not received anything yet but I am sure it will be great

Clear description of clothing products and photos

I made a recent purchase from from this company and what I received was deception. The garments I ordered (2 tops and a dress) don't look like the listing images on the website. It is clear now that product listing images on the website are AI generated and I consider this deceptive trade practices. Also, the size small I ordered does not fit like a small. It fits more like a medium size, but the clothes are tagged with a size small label. The garments do not even have a clothing label for washing instructions or what kind of fabric was used to make it. The print design on the fabric looks like the image used was blown up too large and reproduced with poor image quality. At this point, I don't even want to hassle with trying to get my money back. I didn't even know I was ordering from China until I got my order confirmation after I paid. I've already emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and they responded asking for pictures of what I received. What a joke! I just want people to know that what you see on their website is NOT what you will be getting. I think they're using AI generated images that are not scaled to reproduce on clothing. Very poor quality product. Don't be fooled by their response to right your "negative experience". It's just a generic script they copy and paste to give an impression of willingness to help while they rip you off.

Everything is great, but you really need to add more information to your clothing descriptions. That's because your photos don't always show the front. I wanted to know whether items had buttons or zippers, as well as pockets. That info was nowhere to be found. Otherwise, your site is great. Thanks.
