Everything is great, but you really need to add more information to your clothing descriptions. That's because your photos don't always show the front. I wanted to know whether items had buttons or zippers, as well as pockets. That info was nowhere to be found. Otherwise, your site is great. Thanks.

Complete bait and switch. The product they display on their website is not what you get. Product on the site looks awesome. What is sent, you may as well print this yourself on computer paper, cut sections out of the paper, puzzle together and stick it to a jumper.

Sizing is always an issue when ordering clothing on line. It would be helpful if there was some examples of what size might fit based on an actual persons height and weight. The size chart provides measurements but not every ones measurements in different areas of the body are the same.

Completely misleading and exceptionally poor quality!…
We received our order today and were completely shocked to discover that the quality was nothing like the photos on the website. We ordered two men's hoodies (that on the website looked like knitted material)and a shirt (that said was a cotton blend) and found very poorly made polyester hoodies with a celtic pattern printed on it and a shirt that contains no cotton. These were VERY poorly made and COMPLETELY misleading. I will be very curious to see if and how they honour the return policy!

Hello- don't buy
Hello, I found the cowboyhood website thru youtube ads and liked the norse designs of the clothing.
I went to the site and searched for linen fabric items. I found several that claimed to be linen and I ordered them.
I did receive the items, they are sized accurately and look as described, however they are obviously not linen but instead polyester.
I would not have ordered them had cowboyhood been honest that they were polyester.
I requested a refund.
My request was ignored. Instead I was offered a 10% discount on my next order.
I demanded a refund.
I was offered a 30% discount on my next order.
I offered to pay the return shipping.
Crickets.
And so now I'm here.
To be clear- the garments were true to size, and looked as described. However, they were not made as represented. They are polyester, not linen.
And they have avoided accepting a refund in which I was willing to pay return shipping.
I can't in good conscious recommend dealing with cowboyhood.
Company reputation aren't built on things going right- it how they remedy things when they go wrong.
They blew it with me.
So be it.

I ordered a few items to see just how different they would be from the website....
verdict- Absolutely misleading merchandise.
Even the items listed as knitted are printed garbage.
the AI pics are soo far off the actual product, they should be considered as outright scammers. ordered a large and got what MIGHT fit a 10 year old who hasn't eaten for a week. Do not waste your money..... or, if you order from them, consider it a donation to China and try not to act surprised when/if you get the package.
