Placed an order back in November, thinking I was ordering from a store in Texas. I started receiving parcel updates on my orders coming from Poland and Ireland. Once it updated that my parcels were in the US customs, I never received another update and I still haven't received my order.
The product ordered doesn’t match the picture of the product ordered. What I did get the product, the quality is definitely not worth the value of what I paid. I would also give them a zero if it were an option.
I ordered two items and still haven’t received it. They argued with me and said it was delivered and told me to ask my neighbors and reach out to the post office. They finally responded that I was correct and it hasn’t been delivered yet. Can’t wait to see what the second item looks like. In my opinion, this company is definitely a scam!!!!

The website and tacking site indicate different status of my order; neither place it close to delivery. I have attempted to reach them 9 times and all replies from their supposed customer service (only email) as me to be patient!!!!!
I have asked repeatedly for a100% refund and get no response.
