Scam website, if you ordered from them get your refund asap!! Website no longer exists, they’re taking peoples money and not shipping any products.

I ordered a sweatshirt the first week of Oct 2024 they received their money on 11/2. It is now 12/1 and I have not received my sweatshirt and I am not able to contact them about it. I have a confirmation number

I still have no received my order or any answer by email. Now the site is no longer there they took my money and my
Card information this beyond frustrating as this is a gift and I’m worried I got scammed

I'm having the same issue. I placed an order November 12 and I received an email a couple days ago (after I inquired) they are having issues. Customer service told me to call my bank and ask for a refund. I think this site is a scam

Placed order a few weeks ago. Since then I notice their website no longer exists and there’s been no response to queries via email or their socials. Would very much appreciate it if Coweep could respond to this review.

Absolutely great experience with coweep. We ordered a couple of things, including leathers and two sweatshirts. What we received we were very happy with. Great customer service giving us updates on our order too.

After having looking through several other sports apparel websites, my husband and I decided to order a few things from Coweep. I'm a Yankee fan and he's a Dodger fan. We ordered a couple of different things for ourselves and we couldn't be happier. The only way it could have been better is if the Yankees had won the World Series! All in all...Excellent customer service, and delivery couldn't have been better.

I recently placed an order with Coweep, and after I received the confirmation I realized I had ordered the wrong size. Thinking that I made a huge mistake I tried to contact them using the Chat. To my surprise someone from customer service joined in and asked how they could help. I told them of my mistake and they immediately changed the size of the hoodie for me! Then I got an email with the updated details. For me the experience has been perfect, and the Yankee hoodie I ordered is fantastic! I definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication regarding order via email. Shipping was timley and quick.
So excited to place my next order.

I haven't received my item yet, but when I contacted Coweep inquiring about my order, I received a quick reply. I paid $50 for fast shipping and had not received tracking information after 2 days. David responded within hours informing me of a delay. When I requested a refund for the shipping, he readily agreed to do so and refunded the shipping within hours. Customer service skills are so important; so far, my experience has been positive.

Update:
I received a full refund for my order but had to request it twice. Prior to this I received no order confirmation and no communication about the order for over a week. I was told first that the order was delayed because of a death in the family ?!? And second they had issues logging in to their own website so order would be delayed again ?! So I asked for a cancelation and refund. Suddenly they were able to log in and were shipping the order. I said no—I want to cancel and please give me a refund. They did but I guess the product had already shipped ?? So I received it anyway and it was a shitty knockoff. I believe that their 4 and 5 star ratings on here are probably fake and written by themselves or friends/family. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Fake NFL products and cheap pleather jackets. The brand Pro Team Standard is being replicated through coweep and it’s a terrible fake. Embroidery, stitching all terrible quality and patches are pretty bad too. Internal tags are all coweep branding.

We ordered from Coweep for the first time and the experience was fantastic. The customer service was prompt, polite, and attentive, the quality of the jackets we ordered was great, and the speed of shipping was incredible. Highly recommend Coweep and we'll definitely be ordering again.
