I ordered a headset over a month ago #28800.and payed over $17.00 and I have contacted these thieves 4 times and they won't send my order.there phone number is no good .if I was close to there com I any I would just walk in and take what's mines .they are scammers.dont rider from them.everytine I try to track order it says prossesing.liers......

Total Scam and Fraudulent company!
Do not order anything from this company or send them any money. You won’t receive your product and you’ll lose your money!
So pissed off and disappointed. I ordered over a month ago. I have emailed customer service 7 times now and no reply. I have tried calling and the numbers they have do not work. You can not get a hold of this company to get your money back or any answers.
I hope they get taken off the web!

I don’t know who the Hell this company is but so far they have stolen almost $100 from me. Don’t deal with this Ghost company. They have done several transactions I have not purchased. I don’t know anything about this company or why they stealing from me v

I bought an item on 20 February 2021 and till today have not received it.Extremely disappointed in the bad service after numerous emails.

They don’t have a zero star otherwise they would get a -10, I ordered a swimsuit and the swimsuit that arrived is nowhere close to what I ordered. They did not contact me to let me know they were going to send me a totally different swimsuit otherwise I would’ve just told them to refund my credit card. Their address has a US address but the items are shipped from China, therefore if I would’ve known it was shipped from China I would’ve not ordered I wish that companies would have to stay that they are shipping from US this should be a mandatory on their site if it’s from China we should have the option whether to order from them or not. Their sizes are ridiculously too small and in order to send stuff back will cost you an arm and a leg absolutely ridiculous this is a scam company I would not recommend ordering from this company at all I repeat do not order from this company at all!!!!

I ordered on the 19th of july 2021 ,they didn't even send the order number after paying .there was no communication at all until I enquired November 2021 they've been promising to refund me till today as of 09 january 2022 ,they still telling me to be patient I'll get the refund💔💔 their service is poor and they lie somuch when we communicate with them on emails. IM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My items never arrived. Ordered and paid for on the 25th July 2021. Numerous emails to them. Still waiting. Shocking service. Don’t respond. Buyers beware.

These people are scammers. I ordered a 3D cheese mold 8 March, received (but only after asking several times) tracking number 28 March. My order is still in Shanghai as of 17April. I have emailed them several times but they do not answer. Their listed address and phone number are not connected. I advise everyone to stay well away from them. They are fraudulent in every sense of the word.
