Not very fast shipping

The delivery time took way longer than expected. All the pieces came in separate boxes which is fine and understandable given that it's modular but they don't all get shipped at the same time which was the annoying part. The dining chairs I ordered that was part of the dining set I ordered still haven't even been shipped after a month of ordering it, even though on the website it shows the estimated delivery date as much sooner. So be warned, only order from Cozey if you really want the product itself and don't mind a potentially long wait for the product to arrive.

In regards to receiving boxes at different times, split shipments can sometimes happen depending on the number of boxes in an order, carrier routing, truck capacity, or local delivery restrictions in certain streets, buildings, or areas where larger trucks may have limited access. That said, we know this does not take away from the inconvenience, and we’re sorry for the added wait and uncertainty this caused.

Terrible delivery, great website

Absolutely horrendous delivery process. Kept getting notifications that items were out for delivery 3 days in a row with no way to track and then nothing wss delivered on that day. On the third day it said out for delivery and 10 mins later (very early in the morning) the items were delivered with no notification or phone call or alert. Thankfully someone else was near the door to receive the delivery. Probably the worst delivery system I’ve received from in a very long time. Ordering process online and assembling the couch was fantastic though. Very good website.

I would like to to see more communication regarding delivery dates .
The date was changed a few times and I had to reach out for the more details.

Cozey has quality products

Cozey has quality products and stands behind them. They were very generous when i had a problem with my couch and more than made up for it. The representatives at Cozey are unfailingly kind and helpful. The deliveries are also well executed.

The delivery was 3 days late

The delivery was 3 days late, one box was delivered at the scheduled day (Tuesday), one box was missing and "out for delivery" for 3 days. The rest was supposed to be delivered the day after the first delivery (Wednesday) but never did. The status was unclear as to when I would actually receive the parts missing, even after calling the delivery service. I eventually received everything on Friday. The delivery man told me he wouldn't deliver at my door, but will drop the boxes at the lobby. So I had to carry the boxes to my apartment myself. I had to make myself available to make sure I wouldn't miss the delivery for almost a week and had to cancel prior committments. So not a smooth delivery on my end.

Neptune is a firm sofa so if you’re using for sleeping every night get a topper:) love the leaf green and very stylish!

The couch is a dream

The couch is a dream, delivery was smooth and I love the colour (Sesame). The only negative is the fabric is not resilient to cat nails. I have had to cover with throw blankets so that my cat doesn't create pulls in the fabric.

At first I really liked cozey I like…

At first I really liked cozey I like the convenience where you can change the fabric wash it and replace it and the quality is good,but recently I got an eclipse table and I was sent twice a defaulted table that somebody returned I was shocked by the way I was treated and especially 2 times in a row I’m waiting now for my 3rd table to be sent hopefully it will be good

Had a smooth experience right from entering the showroom, to getting guidance on choosing the right couch for my needs, to visualizing it with the designer with the miniature couches and ordering. Order came quickly and returning it partially was also not difficult at all.
