I don’t recommend
The shipping confusion and headache. It caused also lost wages from having to take time off work created a lot of unnecessary stress. Also receiving used very obviously used repackaged pieces of the couch completely destroyed my faith in the company and product at this point. Customer service only offered me not even a quarter of a refund and well I accepted it. I am definitely not satisfied. I had to call back several times during the shipping issues. To be told different things every time was very frustrating.

So far I'm just leaving a review on delivery as I have yet to receive all my boxes. I do find the delivery method quite inconvenient. For the price you pay on the product I would expect better shipping. I spoke with delivery company when trying to track my item and that's when I found out it would be delivered in 8 separate boxes. I received one box, then received two other boxes later that day, so in total 3 out of 8 boxes have been delivered. It says 4 boxes were delivered so now we are trying to locate the one box that says it was delivered but I don't have it. Plus I'm still missing another 4 boxes and they couldn't provide a date of delivery. When spending over $1000 on an item I really didn't expect this. I haven't taken anything out of boxes in case stuff gets lost - and I fear I may need to return this item and it's in so many boxes. So far I'm extremely disappointed with my Cozey experience. Just wanted to keep it real and honest!

Quality experience and product
Wonderful getting the swatches in advance to make the best possible choice of sofa and fabric.
Was delighted that the Neptune already had all of the covers on. We struggled a little putting it together, but persistence paid. It looks great, the upholstery is quality material, the look and feel are as described.
I thought the storage might be a tad larger but not a big deal - happy to have the extra spots to hide seldom used blankets/pillows.
Delivery was smooth and it arrived much more quickly than I had anticipated.

Not very fast shipping
The delivery time took way longer than expected. All the pieces came in separate boxes which is fine and understandable given that it's modular but they don't all get shipped at the same time which was the annoying part. The dining chairs I ordered that was part of the dining set I ordered still haven't even been shipped after a month of ordering it, even though on the website it shows the estimated delivery date as much sooner. So be warned, only order from Cozey if you really want the product itself and don't mind a potentially long wait for the product to arrive.

Terrible delivery, great website
Absolutely horrendous delivery process. Kept getting notifications that items were out for delivery 3 days in a row with no way to track and then nothing wss delivered on that day. On the third day it said out for delivery and 10 mins later (very early in the morning) the items were delivered with no notification or phone call or alert. Thankfully someone else was near the door to receive the delivery. Probably the worst delivery system I’ve received from in a very long time. Ordering process online and assembling the couch was fantastic though. Very good website.

The delivery was 3 days late
The delivery was 3 days late, one box was delivered at the scheduled day (Tuesday), one box was missing and "out for delivery" for 3 days. The rest was supposed to be delivered the day after the first delivery (Wednesday) but never did. The status was unclear as to when I would actually receive the parts missing, even after calling the delivery service. I eventually received everything on Friday. The delivery man told me he wouldn't deliver at my door, but will drop the boxes at the lobby. So I had to carry the boxes to my apartment myself. I had to make myself available to make sure I wouldn't miss the delivery for almost a week and had to cancel prior committments. So not a smooth delivery on my end.
