I bought this ceramic vase about three weeks ago. It fits well with my decor and feels solidly built. Delivery took four days and it arrived intact.

I bought the YARDGLOW outdoor light for my patio. At the reduced price of €34.95, it's perfectly fine. The light is warm and inviting. Assembly was easy, although the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. All in all, a good product for outdoor use.

The Glassglow cailing lamp gives a warm, even light. It looks good in the living room.

The Lines wall light has a clean, modern look. The installation was simple enough.

The whole process was easy, and the packaging was solid. Really happy with how it looks and feels.

Bought towels off the site thinking it was within Europe , it is from china and the towels are such poor quality. Currently trying to arrange a refund customer service is very poor. DO NOT ORDER

The delivery didn’t arrive. The delivery company told me it indeed didn’t arrive but Cozey doesn’t want to give me my money back and it’s stalling

Dropshipping from Asia, while the site looks like Dutch as it provides Dutch address. Delivery takes about a month while you can but the same products at amazon at the lower price with delivery within 1-2 days. If you wish to return an item you must do so at your own cost to Asia.

NEVER EVER BUY from this company. They send damaged equipment, it does not look like the photos, really bad quality in very bad packaging and they dont respond when you ask for a return code and refund. They dont care, they have your money and are far away in China. Looks like you buy from a German company but it is direct shipping from Chinaand it takes long. All they want is cash your money and drop their bad quality shit in Europe. Their president Xi Jinping would not appreciate this bad marketing of his country. Dont buy ever from China is my conclusion. The management of this company wont pass the door to heaven I can tell you!

DO NOT ORDER! They ask for a bag 50 euros while the same bag cost 15 euro on shein. I initially thought they are shipping from Europe as their adress mentions Netherlands but they are taking their products out China.

I have only given 1 star because I have yet again been tricked into purchasing an item from Hong Kong when the Web site made out that it was from Europe. The item did arrive and so far looks OK but it took several weeks to arrive. When are these Web sites going to be honest and clearly state where they are located and where the goods are being despatched from.

Highly disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour. I placed my order a month ago. They kept on telling me that order will be delivered soon. After 1 month they came back saying that they don’t have the item in stock (whereas the product is still available in stock on their website at a higher price). Very bad experience and disappointing to get such response after 1 month of wait.

I should have read the small print. I saw a company address for the netherlands and made my purchase. Afterwards I saw that it was being shipped from CHINA and any returns would need to be sent there at my cost! Including import fees. So essentially ypu cant return anything!
Also finally received the bathmats, totally wrong colour, looked very different on the website and are cheap quality! Despite paying €60 for two!!
