This site is a scam! Please read the other reviews! I ordered an item that I thought would come from the Netherlands but in fact was drop-shipped FROM CHINA; it was very poor quality and showed up damaged as well. I paid 60 euros for the item, then another 36 euros to return it to China, but Cozey is non-responsive and I have not received my refund.

They are not even worthy of 1 star. February 17 2026 I bought and payd some items amongst them 3 bath mats, not cheap, May 9 they have not yet sent them. When I enquire about this order they keep sending me the exact same email over again and again, with some rubish about transport problems. I´ve told them some weeks ago that I am cancelling the order as I will not wait any longer and told them to refund me but the same lame email comes again. Don´t try to do business with Cozy Maison, they don´t deliver

I have ordered 2 frames. One arrived broken. I have sent to the customer service all pictures. They confirmed they would refund me and send a new one. 2 months later : I have received no refund and no replacement. Now they ask pictures again. There is no ending. I fear the company is just outsourcing and not managing anything.

Did not have the item ordered in stock. Offered a different product which i refused. Shipped it anyway and then advised i would have to send back to CHINA at my cost!! I thought I was buying from a Dutch company based on their website and address. They seem to be touting online as a top end European supplier when in reality they are drop shipping cheap products from CHINA at massively inflated prices when compared with usual selling sites from CHINA. I avoided this as I thought I was buying a quality item based on website and cost. Total SCAM! AVOID – I would advise anybody with issues to contact the European Consumer Protection Cooperation Network about them.

I ordered a product and it came without any instructions or leaflets. The product was also badly manufactured and clearly came from mainland China, although Cozy maison website says they are based in the Netherlands. Wouldn't order again and would suggest the reviews on their website are misleading.

Avoid!!! Overpriced- extremely poor quality and appalling customer service. Item ships from Germany yet returns - 4 emails to initiate a return- need to be shipped to China. Subsequently Found same item on Temu for 90% less.

I made good expieriences because this company works professionell (contact with the customer, money back in special cases...)

Ordered as a housewarming gift and it went down a treat. Fast delivery and beautifully presented!

I received a product with a quality far, far below what was advertised (it looked nothing like the quality shown in the nice photo on their website). When I told them about it, they asked me to send a photo of the product I received (since they don’t even check the quality of what they sell).

When I requested a return, they told me I had to send it to China (violating both their own return policy and European regulations). Even so, I did it… out of goodwill. From that point on, it was all avoidance, as they did not handle the return with Chinese customs (which is their responsibility): all empty nice words, zero action or real responses. They kept asking for patience and understanding: “we will refund you when the product reaches the warehouse” (but it depended on them for the product to arrive), or “we don’t want to violate your rights” (when they had already been violated several times before).

I have fulfilled everything on my end, responsibly and respectfully. I am still waiting for a full refund after 2 months: zero response and no proactive attitude to resolve anything (they haven’t even asked me for product codes or anything), only asking for patience and then silence.

A COMPLETE ABUSE.

This is the first time I have ever written a review, as I don’t like speaking badly about anything or anyone.

THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER IN MY LIFE. I HOPE THIS MESSAGE REACHES ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM COZEY MAISON, SO THEY CAN THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM A SCAMMING COMPANY LIKE THIS.

Two months ago, in early December 2025, I purchased three bathrobes from this company. The quality was shockingly poor for the price, which immediately led me to request a return. What followed has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.

I opened only one bathrobe. The quality was extremely low, with poor fabric and finishing, completely unjustified for such an expensive product. The other two bathrobes were never opened and remained sealed.

Customer support actively tried to discourage me from returning the order, repeatedly warning me that the process would be “very complicated.” Despite this, I followed every instruction provided. I paid international shipping myself and returned the package to China, at a cost equivalent to around 25% of the product price.

After waiting two months, the company sent the same package back to Spain, rejecting my return without valid justification, even though I fully complied with their return policy. I then had to pay another 25% of the product price just to retrieve the package.

In short: extremely poor quality, terrible value for money, misleading return policies, and excessive costs placed entirely on the customer. This feels less like a return policy and more like a deliberate deterrent.

At the very least, I expect a full refund.

Bought 2 amazing lamps, quick delivery & good quality!

They were really helpful and the product was perfect.

Best bit - all communication with customer service was brilliant and I felt supported.
Bad bits - the lights actually come from China, not the Netherlands, they took two months to arrive and then of course if you want to return, it’s at your cost and very expensive to return to China.
We did settle with a partial refund to keep the items so that was something.

The product has nothing in common with the picture on their website. Company registered in Netherlands for tax purposes, however if you'd like to return the product, you need to send it back to China, covering all costs (incl. customs fees) which overall exceed the product value. Phone and live chat support? Good luck finding the phone number or a chat.

DO NOT BUY ! I received a product that didn't meet the description of the website at all. The solution the company suggested was a discount or that I could return the product at my own expense to China - although the address of the webshop is D. Ketstraat 14, 5645 LB Eindhoven, Nederland. In the end they stopped communicating and the issue never got resolved.

Ordered a lamp and unfortunately had an issue with it. The support team has been super helpful in addressing the issue and I was kept up to date at each step of the process.

I bought a product and received no information at all about the tracking. There was a massive delay, and despite contacting them several times, I never received a response. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not buy anything from them again.
