Ordered the muslin tassel blanket and summer sandals which unfortunately I purchased in the wrong size. Spoke with Connor in customers services who was amazing. Even though the size I needed was sold out online, he managed to locate one last pair and shipped these out to me same day. The quality is so nice and well worth the money. Customer service is also 10/10. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Ordered The Teddy Bear Boucle Wrap Baby Grow Romper which was £22. Paid £5 to have it personalised. When the item came I was not completely happy with the quality but it was cute so didn’t mind too much. A few days later I had an ad pop up for exact same item on Temu which was selling for £5.17! I now feel completely ripped off but will just have to put it down to experience…

Amazing products, beautiful designs! Came quickly and efficiently

Gifts arrived promptly and beautifully packaged, however, because already wrapped I couldn’t check things. I ordered light denim instead of dark denim and the personalised stitching didn’t work very well - but these were my mistakes and not yours! My niece was delighted with the gifts but still needs to try them on her baby to check they fit ok!

Stumbled upon this company on tiktok a few days ago. Told the lady I wished I had found her when my son was little & she directed me to items in a bigger size.. I chose a personalised tracksuit & within a couple of days it has arrived and the quality is amazing! Sizing is so generous, the colour is beautiful, the detail is unreal and it’s so soft. My toddler saw me open
It and wanted it on right away and then wanted to FaceTime his nanny and show her! Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Highly recommended! I recently ordered the teddy bear baby grow with personalisation for a friend's new baby. I contacted Cozy Crew Club because I needed it on fairly short notice and they very kindly expedited the embroidery and advised me on shipping options to ensure I got it in time for giving to my friends when we saw them. Our friends loved the romper, which was really soft and they were touched by the personalisation!

Love this brand. I bought one outfit 3 times as it only came in white and I wanted it in other colours as I loved it so much!

I bought from this site after one of our friends bought us a beautiful blanket for our own son. I ordered my friend a beautiful little gift set for her new arrival and it arrived in lovely packaging. The items are good quality and look so cute. Sadly I’d ordered it in neutral colours due to not knowing the sex of the baby and when it arrived the glasses were blue. This was however resolved very quickly and efficiently using the online chat facility and they have sent out a replacement pair and told me to keep the first set. 5* product with 5* customer service
