We’ve been using CPC Farnell for a while now and there are definitely positives. Their pricing is very competitive and the product range is excellent – you can usually find exactly what you need in one place, which is a big advantage for trade customers.

However, communication is a real weak point. We’ve had several orders delayed because they were placed on credit hold, despite having a trade account set up. There’s very little proactive communication when this happens, so you only find out once the order hasn’t arrived. For a trade account that’s supposed to make ordering smoother and easier, this becomes frustrating and slows down jobs.

If they improved their accounts communication and reduced unnecessary credit holds for established trade customers, they’d be hard to fault. Great products and prices – just let down by the admin side.

Ordered a table saw in the afternoon but didn't get a email confirmation. I emailed to ask if the order was being processed the next morning. Got a reply the same morning and the next thing the saw turns up. Sure I could knock a star off for the lack of confirmation, but they got back fast and a lightning delivery. Happy customer.

Very quick delivery, great price and very helpful customer service advisor when I had a question.

Purchase was straight forward and arrived quickly. Happy with the price and product looks well made. Item was well packed. I haven't assembled item yet but on inspection all the parts look fine. Only downside is the instructions. But if you are a DIY buff you can work out how to assembly. Also reviews and instructions how to assemble are on Youtube

Ordered some meaco hepa filters from this company. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. I contacted them and they said I could return them without penalty. Sent off the parcel yesterday and just had a message from PayPal saying the refund was being processed already. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Ordered a Chamberlain garage door opener for £90 less than anywhere else. The reduction of course was a concern for scam but the item turned up the next day and in brand new condition as advertised. I have no complaints. Great price and service.

TCP Towel warmer , easy to find on websight at a very good price. Double quick delivery . It is now fully installed ( easy ) working perfectly , and performance better than expected . A company noted for next time

Excellent service as ever. Well packaged and smooth processing as ever. Postage was a little later than I would have hoped for but that’s is a courier problem not CPC. Always first class processing and always the lowest prices, especially on items like the Raspberry pi. A hotly contested market and CPC come out too yet again. Tried, trusted and reliable. I doubt I will be changing suppliers from CPC anytime soon as I’m not getting flim flammed by excuses as others tend to do!!! Keep it up CPC

I ordered a large storage unit on Tuesday 11am, I got a dispatch notification email at 13:00 same day.
I then received a UPS email that my order would be delivered Wednesday, which it was. It arrived very well packaged. I don’t think I’ve had such a great level of service, such a fast dispatch and delivery too, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered from them, the item wasn't in stock, they kept emailing saying the expected delivery date had changed but the item never showed up.
It's their customer service that lets them down - they didn't seem to care they had let me down and certainly didn't make any effort to make things right.

Not the first time I have ordered from CPC. The experience was good and the product lived up to expectations.

Only negative I can find was how Royal Mail notified me of the delivery date and time, but it did not turn up for another 2 days...I did get a new time and date notification.

Can't blame CPC for this but they may wish to recover part of the delivery cost from Riyal Mail, as it was nowhere near the 48 hour delivery, that had been paid for.

Amazingly fast delivery. I placed an order at 2:30pm and it had arrived (in Scotland) by 11am next day.

UPS did a great job too - 100 times better than Parcel Force so great to deal with a company that chooses proper couriers.

I will never purchase anything from this company again.

They do not create invoice for the provided invoice address. They are creating invoice for whatever they are holding in their accounting system. And both systems are not communicating with each other. Year is 2026, not 1990s.

Accounts department is awful. They are responding any email at least after 1 day. I have been working with many international companies, but I never see any other company like this one.

Purchasing from US/Mouser, faster in every perspective, without any issue.
