Adam is an absolute gem

Adam's customer service is exceptional. I started the call with anxiety, fear and hopelessness about my situation, but Adam quickly helped me understand I didn’t need to feel any of those things! I expected to be overwhelmed and confused by this process, perhaps get turned away, because that’s where I was with my debt. But I got the exact opposite of what I expected! Adam is kind, compassionate, patient, and so much more personable than most. And in a very short time, he got me set up to not just see the light at the end of the tunnel, but to know I can get all the way out of the tunnel! This is an incredible service, and I could not have asked for a better person to help me through it, than Adam. What a gift!
