Haven't received my product yet but initial experience is not good. Shipping pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to competitors. Paid $37 for a very small part, cost over $16 for the cheapest shipping option. Also, a full 24 hours later the part has not been put in the mail...

You sold me the wrong part now refuse refund
You sold me the wrong part, told me to send it back for a credit, then declined my credit because it was a Cummins part! Seriously?! You're crooks!!!
Your reply to my initial review stated a cursed and called you crooks. How untrue. At that time I had no idea you weren't going to take the part back. I'll eat the part you sold me, but buyers beware.....they don't stand behind their products and the phone tech support is inferior.

You ordered the part, then returned the part knowing it was non-returnable. When the part arrived at CPP, we explained that the part could not be returned and you started cursing at our sales associate. We went out of our way to calm you down but you continued to yell. Calling us Crooks because we will not take back a non-returnable part is not fair. We have it listed clearly on our site that Cummins parts are non-returnable. Unfortunately this applies to all Cummins orders per manufacturer, not CPP!.

Ordered cylinder head for my 6.7l …
Ordered cylinder head for my 6.7l cummins and they didn't give the freight company my phone number to contact me. So I drove 50 miles to pick it up. Then put it on and is leaking around the freeze plugs on the exhaust side. Plus there was a couple of freeze plugs missing I had to go buy some and put in it. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM CCP DIESEL.

I'm sorry for the issues with your cylinder head. I wish there was a good answer, but since you purchased a aftermarket head, we must follow manufacturer policy. As I explained to you, the cylinder head needs to be sent back and we will gladly send you a replacement head. As far as the phone number, I have looked at the original order email that we sent our supplier and your phone number was on the invoice as well as our number here. I apologize that they did not reach you.
