Excellent service and quality parts from professionals!

Ordered quite a few parts for my trucks from cpp. They are the first website I find myself at shopping for parts. Would highly recommend. Follow them on Facebook for deals on many items for all diesel trucks.

Jamie at CPP is awesome. I bought a set of 150hp injectors from DAP and they insured me they were the correct ones after install my truck fell flat on it's face. I sent them back to DAP and they tested and once again insured me they were correct, NOT. Installed and still no power. Called CPP and talked to Jamie and he fixed me right up. Installed their 150hp injectors and my truck came to life and it's back where it belongs, over 50lbs of boost. Amazing what fuel does with the right injectors. Thanks CPP

I purchased some running boards for $577 about 4 days ago. That amount has already come out of my bank account. I get an email today saying that they are awaiting my payment of $696.22. I can’t quite understand the almost $120 price increase, but that is unacceptable. They will hear from me.

Took 4 weeks for my parts to even get shipped. Still haven't received them. Had to buy a beater truck in the mean time just for work. For spending over $1000, certainly expected better service. Took many phone calls to CPP to clear things up and still didn't get many answers. Overall... Not thrilled.

The absolute worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Early 2016 I ordered a "performance built" transmission and then shortly ordered additional parts for transfer case rebuild. Truck sat for 2 months waiting on parts even after multiple contacts, some never came. Transmission didn't make it one year with normal driving, no extreme loads and never abused, returned for repair and it has now been more than 3 months. More than a month they indicated it was ready to ship back, but for some reason they can't seem to ship it. I've now offered to come pick it up myself.
