Craazi.com have great customer service and do get back to you if you have any problems or concerns and are very helpful I emailed them using the admin email address and they got back to me within 5-10 minutes and you can pay off in installments weekly which is great

Ordering was fast and easy. Price was good. Delivery was free which is good. The delivery date succeeded my expectations getting it just in time for Christmas in 4 days and they can get it to me in half the time! Also shout out to the customer service and the person that helped me out and made sure I’d get my order quick and in time for Christmas since I left it too late. Would 100% Recommend and use website again!

Awful company returned my ebikes due to being faulty and missing items caused me so much stress and worry telling me they we’re going to affect my credit history and making threatening statements the bike was now returned 10 days ago and since all emails ignored and no refund
AVOID seller check other feedback also there own staff and family leave fake reviews ! Bank had to refund me
Just save the hassle and Avoid
“ update” You are the worst company and a complete lier ! You never sent the parts that were missing and the bike was damaged I purchased a box and sent it back vie courier witch you never reimbursed me for as stated you got the bike back and took 17 days to respond to my emails in that time the Bank refunded me not yourselfs you are a crook and have been reported to trading standards and the police for threatening behaviour

Hi we have required the item back to us for a full refund, or alternatively a full replacement which ever your happy with, But seems as if you are still not happy and would like to keep it with a full refund, I can see from your previous negative feedback for other companies on trustpilot on your feedback history you are looking for further re-imbursements by pursuing such false fraudulent claims which is not a great practice for businesses to deal with , also we have reported you to relevant agencies can you please email admin@craazi.com as we have offered you as much as we can as we are not a charity, such acts can be recorded on personal history for businesses to be wary of individuals making such false claims and can be recorded.
you have mentioned you are not happy with the product, as we would send out the parts and a new bicycle but you wish to keep it, you need to understand we help our customers as much as we can, as this will be recorded for agencies to see, you do not wish to place it in a box for us to send a courier, you have stated the box has been thrown away nor want to obtain a free box from us, we have tried our upmost to resolve with you.
We can also see that a claim was made prior to you receiving the product and corresponded with the bank letting them know of the activity that was carried out hence they had waited for the product to be sent back to us before releasing the funds, please do not attempt to do this again as it is not healthy for businesses to deal with, as such claims do come back and it is not appropriate.
I can also see on the system you have been refunded in full, any false and misleading information is not appropriate and action can be taken.
