Update! I opened a case and won! all my evidence proved I was in fact correct, this company is bad for faulty items and tried to brush me off with policies and procedures that were not correct. I’m so grateful for the investigation that I received from my third party so this company could not get away with ripping me off.

Hi, it is very unfortunate that you brought the kugoo m4 and came across issues. We had sent the 1st item with parcelforce and was by received on thursday 13th May which you complained about an error code which is very unlikely as its brand new and we found it very strange and requested you wanted another scooter instead of a refund, but we still decided in your favour and sent a second kugoo M4 without any extra cost which was thoroughly checked and tested before sending it out. which was received on thursday 3rd june at 09.26.
Now we had requested both the items to be returned back with any extra pieces we had sent to resolve this further as per your complaint but you wish to keep the items with a full refund, If it was this easy to receive free items we would have alot of people doing the same.
