Excellent company, cr*p courier
The fragrance oils are always top quality. I've found the Craftastik in-house scents are fantastic. I've seen some negative comments re. customer service but that has never been an issue.Any problems I've had are dealt with ASAP.
However, I've had multiple issues with the DPD courier. They're absolutely abysmal.

Terrible support you get no response
Terrible support you get no response. My package has been lost for two weeks, and Craftastik doesn't care. A lousy company; I wouldn't recommend ordering anything here it's just a rip-off.

The product is great but you just don’t know if they have sent it or not, they clam to despatch same day but £100 order still takes a week, such a shame I hope someone sorts it out, second order same story.

Poor communication/Order not received
Placed an order on June 21st. It’s now July 1st and no sign of my order. I’ve sent two emails to query the situation but no response. By now I have run out of the fragrance oil that I need and am worried about low stock. Very unprofessional service here. If there’s a delay just send a message to your customers to say so. Communicate! So far I’m being ignored.
