As always fantastic service just love this company and the oils are gorgeous

As always great quality products in super speedy time!!

Ordered from Craftiful a few times now and have loved every single fragrance oil I've had! They smell so strong and I've had nothing but compliments from customers who have bought my wax melts.

Absolutely gorgeous fragrance oil. Easy to shop online. Friendly caring business. Always kept up to date with my orders. Would definitely recommend craftiful.

Hi this is my 3rd order with Craftiful Fragrance Oils I love the smells I’m in love with snow angel at the moment the smell went from top to bottom all around my house They are so quick in responding to you and postage is very quick can’t fault them in any way 10/10

Third time ordering and the fragrance oils are the best. Quick delivery, well packaged. Just ordered a mystery box, can't wait to see what I get!!.

Craftiful, absolutely the best fragrance oils ever. My customers are as happy as I am , wouldn’t go anywhere else . Nothing is too much trouble, excellent customer service.

Order wasn’t dispatched when it was supposed to and didn’t get the order for nearly 2 weeks. No email or nothing to say why it wasn’t dispatched and I had to chase the company up and they said it would be dispatched that day but still wasn’t so had to chase them up again and when I finally did receive the order the sponges were messy and uneven and soap on them everywhere to the point that I can’t sell them.

Ordered within timescale to ensure order would be received the next day. Next day arrives and no order delivered. Checked my account online and find that my order hasn't yet been fulfilled. Happening more and more often. I can't figure out why they would have a countdown to place an order for delivery the next day when orders are not dispatched.

My order was delivered completely damaged upon arrival. According to DPD, the parcel has been returned to you but you never resent my order to date.

The order was made in February.

I've not used the products as of yet but packaging was good and delivery was on time, I'll order again when I need more. Thankyou

Fantastic scents. Smell great and the CLP labels provided are of great help. Saved me time creating my own :)

Excellent Service as always! Great oils which I haven’t been disappointed with. Definitely will buy again. Thank you

The process was easy and smooth delivered quite promptly. However most scents did disappoint me. The Bakewell tart, made me feel sick, it had a very sickening medicine smell but also had that overpowering sweet smell almost like how you’d sit in a car and have that sickening smell from the car diffuser and get a headache. But I must say the only ones worth buying are paradox and lost cherry😍😍smelt just like it and very suttle no smells of harsh chemicals. I had purchased 5, miss Dior, lost cherry, Caroline herra, paradox, Bakewell tart. Most were sickening and harsh chemical medicine smell like and smelt nothing like the name on the label. This review is out of honesty. Even though I did not like some of them I will still be going again to purchase my fav paradox! & explore many more❤️

Never had any issues delivery quick and oils are top quality
