If I could give this company a negative score I would. Arrived late and DOES NOT work. Bits are too large for the collet. I got 1/2 my money back. Refund policy does not say it only gives back half the purchase price.
I ordered on Nov. 27, 2023. It is now Dec. 29,2023 and I have NOT received my order. The company keeps saying it’s shipping delays. Their tracking is a Chinese company and you cannot follow your order once it (supposedly) enters the US. My order supposedly arrive at JFK airport on 12/9/23 and sat for about 5 days in customs. The tracking says consignment was received by overseas forwarder on 12/16/23. It has now been 13 days in the US and being handled by some shipping partner here. It must be Pony Express…..Nothing in the US should take 13+ days to deliver. I’m beginning to believe I’ve been scammed. Their refund policy says you can apply for a refund after 50 days if you haven’t received your order. This is ridiculous!!!! I had no idea this was coming from China and I would NOT have ordered it had I known.
First off it’s a Chinese company that ships from China, “shipping delays have incurred” shipping times are a lie for the US says 7-14 but it’s actually already been 21 days since purchased and there customer service said it would be another 9 days till it’s delivered…
Unfortunately, I was unaware that this was a Chinese company so I am now dealing with major shipping delays with my order and I'm about to request a refund as I have very little faith in their operations.
