A great service from start to finish. So pleased with the quality, time,care and price. My husband is rather a perfectionist being a carpenter himself, he could not fault the quality and workmanship.
The moment Toby came out he gave us advise that we took as felt confident he knew his stuff. Measurements where perfect and fitting was a stress free experience. Communication was clear and precise thanks to Sam. Visits were kept to and they turned up on time throughout. Price was very reasonable we felt.
A small independent business that we want to do well and we will definitely use again once our extension is built.

Fantastic Company with high quality shutters! We used Craftsmen Shutters after we saw how amazing they looked when fitting my parents shutters and we're so glad we did! Sam kept us informed on the progress of our shutters and was always very responsive and Toby did a great job fitting them. We are in love with our new shutters and for a much better price than high street brands. Would highly recommend!!!

Can not fault Craftsmen Shutters at all. Toby, and his wife Samina were an excellent team. Prices are very competitive, workman ship is excellent, and they clean up as they go. They put dust sheets down to keep your house clean. The only thing that seems to upset people is the waiting time for the shutters to be manufactured, and as they come from China, as apparently most of the shutters do, this is understandable. My wife is really happy with her new shutters, and they do add a touch of elegance to the rooms.

They were so professional and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Such better service than when I’ve used big faceless companies. And I was also incredibly impressed with the price - for some reason I thought a smaller company would be more expensive, but that wasn’t the case at all.
