Great service, Dan and his team were so helpful from the start to finish, nothing was to much trouble, I can’t praise them enough.

We bought our J13 swimspa from Eden online, having never even been into the showroom or seen the product. We loved the idea of a swimspa - a combination of exercise and relaxation - but needed to do some groundwork in our garden before we could take delivery. Dan was really helpful in answering my infinite questions about the technicalities of the swimspa so that we could get the building works completed. Sending sketches of our plans back and forth and even talking direct to our electrician.
Once the work was complete, the team delivered and installed the swimspa and air source heat pump over two days. Guiding us though the controls and how to balance the chemicals.
On delivery it became apparent that the lid/cover supplied by jacuzzi was incorrect. Delivery Dan got straight on to Jacuzzi and requested the correct replacements which were delivered and fitted by Dan the next day. Swimspa was up and running by the end of day 2.
Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend. As for the swimspa - best decision ever!

So happy with our tub from Eden. Such great service. Top quality hot tub, smooth delivery and even good advice. Pleasure to deal with.. every member of staff friendly but also professional.

Called in to Eden Hot Tubs and found Dan and his son to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on all aspects of owning and running a hot tub. Prompt service and delivery. The 2 men that delivered the tub and commissioned it were also very good. I received a call a couple of days later to check everything was good, which it was. No complaints at all.

At the Royal Cornwall show, we had the pleasure of meeting the team who took the time to clarify the distinctions between the tubs, allowing us to ponder our options. By Monday, our decision was made and we placed the order, finding the subsequent process remarkably smooth. After sending a video showing how to access the back of our house, they recommended a few adjustments. On the scheduled day, the team arrived punctually and made the installation seem effortless. Their friendliness and professionalism stood out, and by the afternoon, everything was complete with clear instructions provided on using the tub. The transaction was straightforward and couldn't have been easier.

We called into Eden Hot Tubs not really knowing much about the products but we were put at ease quickly and were directed towards the best fit for us. An engineer came to inspect its location and soon we’d committed to buying one. It was delivered and installed on time and we’ve just used it for the first time and we’re delighted. Thank you! 🙏

Having previously had a Lay Z Spa a couple years ago we decided to head to Eden hot tubs to contemplate possibly purchasing a ‘proper’ hot tub! Walking into the showroom we were greeted by Dan who allowed us to walk around without any pressure and told us he was there if we had any questions or needed any advice. The showroom was displayed to a very high standard showcasing a large amount of different size tubs that you can see in person as opposed to a picture in a brochure or online. We decided we liked the sun & soul 550 and asked Dan to explain to us the features and benefits of this tub which he did along with answering dozens of questions 🤣
We hadn’t really planned on purchasing that day but when you see them in the showroom it’s hard not to get your wallet out! So the deposit was paid, site visit discussed and delivery date was booked in to suit us.

On the day of delivery the guys arrived on time, got the tub into the garden, filled and up and running within a couple hours. Operating instructions were explained including how to operate WiFi controls etc and left us with the reassurance that they were on the end of the phone if we needed any help.

Would not hesitate to recommend Eden Hot Tubs to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

À great experience from entering and meeting Harry, who explained everything without the hard sell and to his dad Dan who arranged everything else including the delivery, the craning into position , and to the rest of the team mostly called Dan, but different Dans, who commissioned the tub and explained everything else.
À great family run team, and if you want a hot tub or swim spa they come highly recommended from ourselves.
Oh yes.. and the tub is just the best addition to our garden!!!

A great experience visiting Eden Hot Tubs a couple of weeks ago, Ben was very knowable about the Jacquizz range of tubs. It was installed last week by Dan's team, they were very professional, it look fabulous on the patio, and we're really enjoying it.

Had a great experience with Dan and the crew. From the minute I walked into the showroom and they all welcomed my dog, I knew I was in the right place. Dan took the time to find the find the best fit for me. The delivery and installation guys were very friendly and took the time. Couldn't recommend enough.

A very positive experience. Eden were knowledgeable and informative in the show room. We were given as much time as we needed to think things over. When Dan came out to look at our place, that gave us a lot more answers and helped us to narrow down the choice. We never felt they were pushing us to spend more but more interested in us getting the right choice for us.
The day of installation was equally professional and went really smoothly. We are very happy with our choice - thank you

From the moment we walked in the showroom we were welcomed & knew these were the peoples we’d be buying from! They have been fantastic throughout and made the process so easy. Even after the hot tub being delivered we know they are still just on the other side of the phone if we need them! Nothing is to much trouble for them and they sort any issues out flawlessly!
