Excellent. Pleasant engineer, on time

I have used Crawley Lock and Alarms for many years now.

Craig has visited to service the system for the last couple of years and he is extremely professional yet friendly.

Another service carried out with the usual courtesy and good care. Couple of niggling issues quickly resolved and received some very helpful information for good measure.
Have known Scott for many years now and would not hesitate to recommend CLAA

We needed an annual service of our alarm system. We were given a reminder by the company, which was great, because we would forget.
After a phone call to the lovely lady in the office we booked a convenient appointment.
We were given a time slot for the appointment. The engineer turned up in good time. He was friendly and informative.
He changed the batteries and tested the system. All ok

Appointment to service alarm came through promptly. Engineer explained what he was going to do and just got on with servicing the alarm which didn't take long.
