Quick and effective response to ticket!

I entered a ticket on Discord for an issue and they addressed the issue immediately. They were super responsive and were able to rectify the issue in just over an hour. They also issued extra credits to make up for the downtime which was awesome. 5 stars!

Really bad site! Don’t use it. It lags a lot and sometimes doesn’t even export the same video as the one it made. Basically just throwing away money. Don’t use this site it is such a scam!!

Their website got a skill issue . . .

Their website made me pay upfront $30NZD only for me to use it to make ONE video due to an issue with the connection security which I tried everything to fix myself. Crayo should fix that issue or return my money ASAP. THE SUBSCRIPTION IS ALREADY SO EXPENSIVE AND THE DAYS ARE BEING WASTED, IM ONLY LOSING MONEY BRO.
