It was not delivered on the days/times scheduled. It was ordered over 2 weeks ago with the promise of next-day delivery. I stayed home twice for the entire day. It arrived yesterday. I was not home as I did not receive a notification. The driver called me when he arrived with the package. He spoke NO English. He and I were unable to communicate. He began yelling into the phone. I tried to tell him to leave the package under the steps. He found an English-speaking person on the street who also had a difficult time understanding. He did leave the package under the steps, finally. I believe all delivery people should have access to English when all communication online has been in English only. thank you

I love this products but this is the second time I bought something and only after a few months with out explanation they broke down, the first was a milk frother that stop warming the milk so they sent one and that one is working, but I order a toaster that arrived with a dent and they reduce €15 from the price but today the button to make the bread to go down doest work!!! I want products that last. so disappointing
Absolutely unacceptable experience with CREATE Portugal. It has been over two months since I placed my order, and I have only received 1 out of 9 items. No solution, no accountability, and no real support.
I have contacted customer service more than 5 times by phone and email, each time clearly explaining the issue. Despite this, they still ask the same basic questions over and over again, showing a complete lack of internal communication and case tracking. I was even forced to contact the shipping company myself to try to resolve the issue — something that should never fall on the customer.
Customer service is extremely poor: it is always the same person answering, she interrupts constantly, does not understand the situation, offers no solutions, and refuses to escalate the call or allow me to speak with a supervisor.
There is zero empathy, zero professionalism, and zero willingness to resolve the problem. At this point, this is not just bad service — it is a complete failure to deliver what was paid for.
It looks nice, but unfortunately the sandwich maker is of very poor quality. After only nine months, the closing lever broke, rendering the appliance unusable.
Customer service is difficult to reach and very slow to respond, only to then inform us that the warranty does not cover an essential part of the appliance.

I never write any reviews but this seems to be the only way to get a response from this company. The service is horrible and the communication even worse.
- 29th november: order placed with multiple items. Website said 3 workday delivery time.
- 18th December: order received but missing the coffee machine which I ordered in Sand color.
- between 18th of December - 26th of December trying to get in contact which was made extremely difficult. Ended up filling in a very complex and long form.
- 26th of December: e-mail from customer service asking me what was wrong with my order after already having explained it in extreme detail in the form.
No response until the 14th of January!
- 14th of January: message that I would receive the coffee machine now. Again, confirmed in color Sand.
- received the order but now they have sent the coffee machine in the wrong color! Again, trying to reach them without succes.
- today (22th of February): sending an e-mail to the customer service e-mail.
It is getting extremely annoying and frustrating having to spend so much time and effort to get something you ordered 3 months ago. There has been no effort from CREATE to provide a decent service to me as a customer. I want this resolved this month for once and for all.
Huge let down, worst customer service I’ve experienced ever, I’ve paid full amount for the order, which was later not visibile at all. I’ve sent them confirmation of payment, issue couldn’t be solved.
