Do not buy- A scam

Do not buy. I bought a pack that was on offer with a toaster and a kettle. The toaster, not only did not work, it broughgt down the main power of my appartment every time i switched it on. SO i never used it and tried to delcare it for a reparation or replacement. It's been two weeks, i tried all their means of communication and not one response. only answered one of my multiple calls to tell me 'its in process'. Also because it's a pack, if not both items are returned you don't get a refund, so i cant use either product, essential for my kitchen, or i lose my money. Even if i buy new products, i lose my money. It's a total scam. I think they do this on purpose, to get rid of faulty equipment: They band it together with another product, it doesnt work, you cant return them, and you cant contact them to solve the problem because their customer service is also a scam and doesn't exist. It's probably just one person, hanging up the phone each time.

You might get lucky now and then to receive an ok product, but from what i hear, they dont last long. I'm surprised they are still open.

No fridge, no refund...5 months later

We ordered a fridge from Create.com at the end of September 2025, with delivery scheduled for October. The product was never delivered.

The courier first claimed that nobody was at home on the delivery day, which is completely untrue, we were present. After contacting customer service, we were then told that the courier had “lost” the parcel. After that, no further updates. We had to chase them several times.

In November, Create informed us that the fridge had been found, but that no refund could be issued until it was returned to their warehouse. On 12 December, having still received no update, we contacted them again and were told they should have received it back on 23 November. Since then, complete silence.

Every time we contact them, we receive the same reply: they are “sorry” and are “looking into the case”. In reality, nothing moves forward.

Today is 17 February and we still have neither the fridge nor a refund.

Create.com keeps blaming the courier, even though they are legally responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer. Refusing to refund until the item is returned to their warehouse appears to be an unfair practice and means they have kept our money for more than five months without justification.

We have sent a formal notice by recorded delivery, but the letter has not even been collected.

Inefficient customer service, no proper follow-up and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience and completely unacceptable.

Product defective.

Hello,
The order arrived on the right date,but my product ( toaster) has an electric defect, when I plug it in any of my outlets, it blows our electric power outlet !!!
I would like to send it back for another one that has been tested before hand .

Good luck getting a refund

Terrible customer service - 2 months after an order I placed and tried to cancel within ONE HOUR of placing it, I have still not been refunded my money (over 400 euros by the way). This is an absolute disgrace.

Avoid at all cost

Purchase made on December 30. The package was never delivered (I fully understand that this issue is beyond the company’s control). However, no one responds to emails or social media messages, and their phone number doesn’t work. No action has been taken by the brand to move this package forward.
The parcel was eventually returned 15 days ago, and still no one responds on any social media platform or through any contact channel. The refund has not been issued, and no one replies or offers any assistance.
Avoid at all costs!!

Super quite stylish ceiling fan...

A friend of mine bought one of these ceiling fans and I was so impressed with the quality and how quite it was i had to get one, now after fitting my own and having it in my room I'm really happy with it, even on a high setting the fan is super quite, its easy to install and looks really well built and stylish, I will definitely be recommending this to people in the future, delivery was around a week so not to long to wait either.

Dragged shipping time and damaged products

I placed the order on January 15th, after a couple of days I sent an email to the customer service requesting an update on state of my order.

They told me that my order was blocked due to invalid delivery address, which is totally not true. I opened the initial email I received just after placing the order and the address was correct and there were no missing details. But i did resent it to them.

Besides the fact that it took days for them to reach back to me, they required an identity document of mine, which honestly is a first for me. Never while placing an online order did I need to provide an ID.

After days and a couple more emails from me requesting again updates on the state of my order they responded to me by saying that I can check the statut of my oder by the link I received when playing the order. I checked it and it was still not delivered, and then referred that to them.

Only after that, the day after, I received an email saying my order left the warehouse and I got the tracking link.
And that was only on February 6th, even tho after placing the order it says that delivery time takes 3 to 5 business days.
I guess that is true considering the package did arrive in 4 days after receiving the tracking number, but for some reason it took 2 weeks for it to leave the warehouse.

The package arrived to my house on February 10th, and it was simply thrown over my 2 meter tall gate into my driveway by the delivery man, who didn't wait even for a minute for me to open after ringing the bell so I can take it properly.

And on top of that the product came scratched, I have taken pictures of it right after opening it up.

So far I am not satisfied with the customer service you provided.

excellent products but very poor on delivery and costumer support

order appears as delivered, but I only received one product out of 6. the instrunctions on how to deal with this on your website places on me the responsibility of finding the missing products with the transporter. I was never informed about the timing of product delivery. I work from home so I was at home when the transporter marks that they passed by my place. Completely unacceptable.

Unhappy with Customer service

I have contacted them 40 days ago for the toaster that after 1 year and half has broken up and I would say that I am really unhappy with the customer service. I will need to call them for the fifth time to understand the status of my ticket raised.

I can’t believe I have to write another…

I can’t believe I have to write another complaint based on my previous review. My ceiling fan was delivered to me damaged and I realised it once it was put up on my ceiling. Create replied to me they will contact me and they didn’t.
Now if you are reading this, I hope you will sort this issue.

Customer service is non existing

Customer service is non existing. They give instructions to return an item a week later and then the link they give for the return doesn´t work, customer service never replies.... it´s very very complicated to return!!
