We had a really positive experience with CREATE Fertility. The entire team was friendly, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always felt well informed and reassured. Our medication plan was carefully tailored to keep things mild with minimal side effects, and instructions were very easy to follow.
The clinic itself has a calm, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish — we genuinely felt well looked after throughout.

The staff, doctors and nurses are very attentive; they gave us instructions the whole way and answered all our questions. They are very friendly and make sure we feel comfortable at all times.
You can notice they are very professional.

First things first, Create have been absolutely brilliant. From start to finish we have been kept updated by knowledgeable and thoughtful professionals. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking at IVF as the next step in their journey.

One small issue, which affects us more than others is the distance we have had to travel for the more invasive procedures. We are based on the south coast yet have to travel all the way to London in order to have this done. While they have been brilliant, being able to see the Nurses we have become accustomed to seeing would make the experience more relaxed.

That doesn’t change the fact that Create and ABC have been brilliant.

Create Fertility has been absolutely life-changing for us. I had previously gone through four unsuccessful IUIs at another clinic and was starting to feel completely hopeless. Create took the time to make a personalised plan and tailor the cycle, medication and procedure specifically to my needs — and it worked. I became pregnant on my second IUI with them, and I’m writing this now while looking at my beautiful 2-week-old twin boys.
We are beyond grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion we received. Create gave us our family, and we can’t recommend them enough! ❤️

We first used Create Fertility several years ago and had a positive outcome – our first child. Because of that, we trusted them again for a frozen embryo transfer in 2025. Sadly, what followed can only be described as total incompetence.

From the start, communication and administration were chaotic. We were asked to repeat blood tests we later discovered weren’t required, and when we questioned it, we were told it was due to a “new regulation” that turned out not to exist. We were also given medication instructions by a non-clinical staff member which were incorrect and led to the entire cycle being cancelled. This caused real physical discomfort, loss of confidence, and a huge emotional toll.

We were repeatedly left waiting for calls that never came, spoken to dismissively, and at one point effectively accused of lying about a payment we had already made – something that felt humiliating and unnecessary. The clinic later admitted mistakes, yet despite multiple offers from us to mediate and resolve things fairly, no genuine attempt was made to do so.

This wasn’t our first concern with ABC / Create – during our first successful cycle, there had even been a serious error where I was given another women’s identification wristband on the day of embryo transfer. That incident was brushed off at the time as a one-off. In hindsight, it now feels like a warning sign of wider systemic issues.

Trying for our second child with this clinic has cost us financially and emotionally. It’s been deeply disappointing to see how poor communication and lack of accountability can overshadow what should have been a hopeful and exciting process.

We have since moved our embryos to Care Fertility, where the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care have been on a completely different level. We are now 20 weeks pregnant following a successful FET, and the contrast in standards between the two clinics could not be starker.

We share this so that others understand our experience and can make informed decisions about where to entrust something as sensitive and important as fertility treatment.

We had a bit of a bumpy start, with some back and forth over tests that we weren’t completely sure were necessary (we even went to a private doctor to double check), which delayed the start of the process. There was also some initial miscommunication with the patient coordinator, though that was later resolved. Another point to be aware of is that several costs aren’t included in the initial quote, and that came as a surprise to us.
That said, the staff — both in Bristol and Birmingham — are absolutely amazing. Dr Booth goes above and beyond to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel heard. The nurses are outstanding; they’ve always been so kind, patient, and reassuring, even when I called multiple times for different reasons.
Once we had our embryos ready for transfer, everything was done at my own pace and with complete respect for my wishes and needs. When my second transfer finally worked, the team genuinely celebrated with me and made me feel cared for and supported — even offering an extra scan at no cost due to my history of recurrent miscarriages.
Despite the initial hurdles, I’m deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and warmth of everyone involved.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by this clinic. We were quoted for two Natural/Mild IVF cycles with PGT-A testing, but the final invoice doesn’t match the original quotation in any way.

We didn’t have any embryos suitable for genetic testing – yet we were charged the full amount for two cycles, even higher than expected, despite there being nothing to test. I’ve repeatedly asked for clarification about what exactly these charges cover, and still haven’t received a clear answer.

We also paid separately for medication and tests during the cycle, so it’s unclear what was actually included in the main package fees such as:

“Cycles of Natural/Natural Modified IVF + PGT–A”

“Cycle ICSI for Natural/Natural Modified IVF Package”

“Cycle IVF Support Package”

Every element appears to have been billed additionally. No cycle was completed successfully, and in the second cycle, no egg was even collected, yet we were charged more than the agreed ICSI package price.

Nothing new was added to the treatment apart from prescriptions – no extra tests, no additional monitoring – which seems very unusual given my age and health considerations. If the “support package” is meant to include laboratory tests, why were these charged separately, and why was the full fee applied for cycles that clearly weren’t completed?

So far, all attempts to get an explanation have gone unanswered or ignored. Based on my experience, this feels like a service designed to extract as much money as possible from vulnerable patients rather than provide honest, transparent fertility care.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to demand full written breakdowns of costs before agreeing to treatment, and to be extremely cautious.

ABC IVF are AMAZING! They explain everything in thorough detail and the care they deliver is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!! Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed with Create Fertility. We paid for a service and received absolutely nothing in return — no results, no communication, and no follow-up despite repeated promises of callbacks and refunds. After initially agreeing to refund us, they’ve since ignored all contact. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and feels completely unethical. Taking payment for a service that was never provided breaches basic consumer rights and could fall under trading standards violations. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money or answers.

We were well looked after and now have everything we have ever dreamed of.

We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Create Fertility - St Paul’s for their exceptional care and professionalism. After just one IVF cycle, I am now 17 weeks pregnant, and everything is going very well. I truly appreciate their attention, support, and high-quality services.
