Really easy transition from previous provider. Matthew Wickham was very helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I didn't have to do anything, he came to set us up. Helped enormously with the compliance. Highly recommend. No issues at all.

Am very happy to have swapped to Createpay a few months ago. Almost removed 2 stars from this review as their compliance system is overly complicated for a small low risk business such as myself. But when I complained an incredibly kind helpful and patient employee called Vincent Nardini got in touch and sorted things out in no time

Matt made the process of changing over straight forward, we've received much better rates compared to our previous provider which will save us money long term, Matt kept in touch throughout the whole process and visited us to make sure everything was working and setup correctly.
