Simple & straightforward
Simple & straightforward, the items ordered exactly matched the online description & were quality products. I was kept informed throughout the process. I didn’t realise that the items ordered would be dispatched from Italy. I perhaps wrongly thought they’d be stocked in the UK, but wasn’t an issue, they arrived on the day I was given immediately after ordering & were securely & well packaged. I’ve used Creative Cables before & had experienced they’re excellent service.

Only negative is larger diameter 3 core cable rather tight for opening but that shouldn't be too hard to sort out.

Great selection of quality components at reasonable prices, and helpful staff. Good returns policy, although I will have to drive to a DHL depot to drop my return box off.

My customised lamps arrived with scratches showing the poor quality of the pieces, its brass paint rather than metal. Very disappointed. Yet to have a response from the company.

Excellent cable. Hard to find proper 1.5mm core mains cable with retro rayon covering, most of it is flimsy lighting cable. I’m a returning customer so it must be good!
