I had doubts about brightness, but it actually lights up the whole balcony nicely. Happy with this purchase.

The stick on wall lights arrived and were installed as per instructions and they attach to a metal ball but after 24hrs the light just flops down and does not stay upright they just flop flat against the wall making them useless I now have to work out how to get the sticky stuff off the wall to remove them they are useless.

The real company name is Nordic Empire AB. Organization number 5592821887. It is a real Swedish company that dropships from China.
It's ownes by William Hahne, a far right extremist in Sweden.

This business behaves like a scam, once you place an order. No customer service, no communication, desire to fix a problem etc.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as It’s an unpleasant and time consuming process to complete all necessary reports to maybe? recover your funds.

My complaint is poor quality, overcharging and non existent customer service and returns policy.

Creative Lighting don't have a returns policy even though they pride themselves in having one as advertised in their terms of reference. This document is strange & difficult to understand.

There is no company registration number or address, only an email address with an AI assistant that only talks to you once before going quiet.

On a recent purchase of a space projection light that arrived slightly damaged despite charging me an extra £3 for robust packaging that turned out to ge insurance, it arrived in a normal single layer plastic bag & post office tracker. I was shocked at the blurred effect of pictures and the tatty cheapness of the item that they had overcharged me by £30. They offered some of my money back but I refused since I want to return the item as rubbish and get all of my £87.95 back. They have now gone silent when I requested their company address to return the item & get my money back as they don't seem to have one and certainly not in Sweden. This confirms their returns policy is non existent. A further update is that they have now provided a return address in Sweden, but this took time, determination & effort on my part.

Unfortunately I didn't check TP before buying two 'marble' lights from this store. If I had, I wouldn't now be trying to get a refund of $300 for the 'marble' lights I received which are in fact plastic resin and don't look anything like the photos on the website.

And then there is Elsa the fake Customer Care Associate with a fake AI generated image misrepresenting a Swedish girl. I asked 'Elsa' to return the items due to poor quality and the misrepresentation of the product. The last communication from Elsa before silience struck her down is, "I have forwarded your request to our team for a formal review of the order status. A team member will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible with an update."

Lots of fake 5-star reviews here also.

Absolute scam! Junk products where "money back warranty" applied only if products where shipped to warehouse in China? For a Swedish company? Argued with their AI customer service bot form months. Ended up with a loss of about $600.00 and donated the products to a charity.

dropshipping website. my sister bought a lamp for 80 euros; you can probably find the same lamp for about 5 euros on aliexpress or temu. the lamp smells and made of VERY poor‑quality materials.

AVOID! Absolutely rubbish products. Cheap and inferior, control didn't work. Terrible customer service from 'Elsa'. Make it very difficult to return their cheap tat.

I ordered 2 Lustra lamps.
After 5 weeks of waiting only 1 arrived.
The order was marked as complete! NO!
I have contacted them several times.
Same person ELSA responds each time but the responses contradict themselves! The first email ‘she’ sent says that the order had been shipped in 2 separate packages. The second said the order had been shipped together and they require photographic proof of what arrived including the packaging which has gone in the recycling! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Creative Lighting.

I purchased their plastic solar stair lights in the United States, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The lights feel cheap, are clearly subpar, and do not live up to the expectations set by the company’s marketing. I expected a durable, premium product and instead received something that looked and performed like an inexpensive plastic novelty item.

When I attempted to return the lights because of the poor quality, I was shocked to learn that Creative Lighting required me to ship the products back to Sweden, despite the fact that I purchased them in the U.S. and they were shipped from a U.S. address. Requiring customers to bear the expense and inconvenience of an international return for products sold and distributed domestically is unacceptable.

Poor product quality combined with an unreasonable return process has left me extremely dissatisfied. There are many companies selling solar lighting products, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Creative Lighting to anyone and will never purchase from them again.

Creative Lighting is an absolute nightmare. They shipped me the completely wrong items, then turned replacement into a bureaucratic hellscape. Their products aren't even standard – every single light demands extra drywall work and weird custom adaptors just to function.
Their "customer service" is a pathetic joke: automated bots and useless reps who demand endless photos, then ghost you for weeks. Everything with this company is deliberately difficult – ordering, shipping, support, returns. They waste your time and money while acting like fixing their screw-ups is your problem.
I ended up spending extra on repairs and electricians because of their incompetence. Zero accountability, zero help, zero standards.

This company is a Chinese company masquerading as a Swedish designer company. They are based in China and have no association with Sweden! Everything is a lie. I paid 310,73 euros for lamps of a very vey very poor quality! The chinese shop at the corner would have had the same crap but 100 times cheaper!
The initial responses from customer sevices were again pretending to be from a Swedish person but it was obviously AI and Chinese. The return address was a random person in Shenzen, China, return which would have cost me 160 euros! You cannot return to an adress in Europe! Beware of this fraudulent company!!! They are simply scammers and they rob your money!!!

Bought lights from these guys and absolutely ghosted me. No correspondence, and not even a message sent for payment received, I'm still waiting for my solar lights and no delivery yet. I will get file a complaint to authorities and take it from there, These businesses shouldn't be allowed to do business.

How many times do I need to write about a purse glow light that arrived and didn't work? They responded, offering me basic advice via email. No conclusion. I am frustrated, it is bullshit that they haven't helped me with a small 29,95 euro lamp that doesn't work. I imagine they are wasting my time—week after week.

This company is a Chinese company masquerading as a Swedish designer company. They are based in China and have no association with Sweden! Everything is a lie. I paid 85euros for a lamp. It took a while to arrive from China and was of very poor quality. Low cost balsa wood and poorly translated generic instructions. It wasn't worth 5 euros let alone 85!

The lights are poor quality. I ordered the Northern Lights cube and a wireless sensor light. Both are junk. They don't hold a charge. They are refusing to accept a return or issue a refund. I agree that this is a Chinese company peddling cheap products. I wish I had slowed down to read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. I was fooled.
