The picture is NOT what you get. It’s clearly a piece of shit from China. I ordered the large lamp. It’s like half a foot tall, weighs nothing, made of cheap plastic and I paid about $100 for it!!! I’m pissed! Don’t be fooled by another company selling you cheap crap from China.

Absolutely terrible products and possibly even worse customer service.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company. I purchased their products expecting reasonable quality, but unfortunately, I have experienced ongoing problems with faulty products.

What is even more frustrating is the way the company has handled the situation. Despite providing photos and videos showing the faults, they have been unwilling to provide a full refund and instead keep offering an amount that does not reflect what I actually paid or alternatives involving their products.

When a product is faulty, customers should not have to keep going back and forth just to get a fair resolution. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Poor product quality, poor after-sales support and very disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

The products are shipped directly from China. The products are of low quality and the pictures they have on their website are misleading and do not represent the actual product you receive. if you choose to return, they do everything to prevent it including giving out gift cards to spend on their website and if you insist on a return, they suddenly become unresponsive. Horrible customer service experience. Do not buy from this website.

I actually ordered my light before I read the reviews (schoolboy error, I know!) and my heart sank when I saw what others had said. My order did come from China, but quickly and the communication was very good! I presumed it'd be, as others said, cheap rubbish but the quality is very good! It's a periodic table with real elements inside. I can’t vouch for the reality of the elements but it'll definitely look the part on my brother's desk (he's a scientist). The same thing was available on Amazon (pbvs also from China) but they didn't have one with a light and this is what really makes it work. Perhaps I got lucky, but thank you Creative Lighting!

Very disappointing quality and seriously overpriced.

I purchased the Solar Outdoor Wall Lamps from Creative.Lighting and I am extremely disappointed with them.

The quality is, in my opinion, disgustingly poor for the price being charged. The products look far better on the website than they do in reality, and what arrived certainly did not meet the standard I expected from the advertising or the price.

These are not cheap products, yet the quality gives the impression of a very cheap product. I would never have paid what I did had I known what I was actually going to receive.

I have also been very unhappy with my experience trying to resolve the problem and obtain a refund.

Potential buyers should be aware that the glowing reviews displayed on the company's own website certainly don't reflect my experience. I strongly recommend doing some independent research and reading reviews elsewhere before purchasing.

I would not buy from Creative.Lighting again and, based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for good-quality outdoor lighting.

Like many, I also have had a bad experience with Creative Lighting. I ordered two sensor lights. Once they arrived one simply didn’t work at all. The other works but the quality of the light is not what was advertised, feels like it’s worth $5USD not $25.
Communication with this company has been challenging. I asked for a refund, a month and 5 plus emails later I still don’t have a refund for both lights. They say I have to pay for the shipping back to “Stockholm”or accept a partial refund. Stay away from Creative Lighting and from their customer Service AI bot “Freja”.

Absolutely atrocious company- AVOID AVOID AVOID

Horrendous customer service, missing items and a stock response of we’ll give you a 30% credit vs a refund of missing items….. everyone needs to instruct chargebacks / claims against this company and only then with the threat of being refused processing by their banks / card companies will they go out of business or change their ways

Shocking service and only an international return policy. Would never purchase from them again.

Creative.lighting is a con crap products crap service crap couriers do yourself a favour and go to a proper lighting store
Anything made in China is rubbish might as well set your money on fire than buy from China. Should be classified as theft not a purchase

Complete scam . Products cheap rubbish and came in cheap packaging coukd get better from Temu . Wanted to return AI customer fake service . Ghosted me. Went down chargeback route with my visa and I eventually won!
Do not buy from this scam.

The stick on wall lights arrived and were installed as per instructions and they attach to a metal ball but after 24hrs the light just flops down and does not stay upright they just flop flat against the wall making them useless I now have to work out how to get the sticky stuff off the wall to remove them they are useless.

It's ownes by William Hahne, a far right extremist in Sweden.

This 5 star review is based on my end to end experience with Creative.Lighting.
For those, who may have seen my initial post, unfortunately we started off on the wrong foot, but in no time it turned into a rather pleasant experience, with regular communication, updates and very satisfactory resolution of the issues on hand. I appreciate their patience, understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to keep a customer happy. I would confidently buy from Creative.Lighting in the future and I would recommend them to others.

This is an extract on line advice about poor quality goods sold on line.

My complaint is poor quality, overcharging and non existent customer service and returns policy.

Creative Lighting don't have a returns policy even though they pride themselves in having one as advertised in their terms of reference. This document is strange & difficult to understand.

There is no company registration number or address, only an email address with an AI assistant that only talks to you once before going quiet.

On a recent purchase of a space projection light that arrived slightly damaged despite charging me an extra £3 for robust packaging that turned out to ge insurance, it arrived in a normal single layer plastic bag & post office tracker. I was shocked at the blurred effect of pictures and the tatty cheapness of the item that they had overcharged me by £30. They offered some of my money back but I refused since I want to return the item as rubbish and get all of my £87.95 back. They have now gone silent when I requested their company address to return the item & get my money back as they don't seem to have one and certainly not in Sweden. This confirms their returns policy is non existent. A further update is that they have now provided a return address in Sweden, but this took time, determination & effort on my part.

Unfortunately I didn't check TP before buying two 'marble' lights from this store. If I had, I wouldn't now be trying to get a refund of $300 for the 'marble' lights I received which are in fact plastic resin and don't look anything like the photos on the website.

And then there is Elsa the fake Customer Care Associate with a fake AI generated image misrepresenting a Swedish girl. I asked 'Elsa' to return the items due to poor quality and the misrepresentation of the product. The last communication from Elsa before silience struck her down is, "I have forwarded your request to our team for a formal review of the order status. A team member will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible with an update."

Lots of fake 5-star reviews here also.

Absolute scam! Junk products where "money back warranty" applied only if products where shipped to warehouse in China? For a Swedish company? Argued with their AI customer service bot form months. Ended up with a loss of about $600.00 and donated the products to a charity.

dropshipping website. my sister bought a lamp for 80 euros; you can probably find the same lamp for about 5 euros on aliexpress or temu. the lamp smells and made of VERY poor‑quality materials.

AVOID! Absolutely rubbish products. Cheap and inferior, control didn't work. Terrible customer service from 'Elsa'. Make it very difficult to return their cheap tat.

I ordered 2 Lustra lamps.
After 5 weeks of waiting only 1 arrived.
The order was marked as complete! NO!
I have contacted them several times.
Same person ELSA responds each time but the responses contradict themselves! The first email ‘she’ sent says that the order had been shipped in 2 separate packages. The second said the order had been shipped together and they require photographic proof of what arrived including the packaging which has gone in the recycling! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Creative Lighting.

I purchased their plastic solar stair lights in the United States, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The lights feel cheap, are clearly subpar, and do not live up to the expectations set by the company’s marketing. I expected a durable, premium product and instead received something that looked and performed like an inexpensive plastic novelty item.

When I attempted to return the lights because of the poor quality, I was shocked to learn that Creative Lighting required me to ship the products back to Sweden, despite the fact that I purchased them in the U.S. and they were shipped from a U.S. address. Requiring customers to bear the expense and inconvenience of an international return for products sold and distributed domestically is unacceptable.

Poor product quality combined with an unreasonable return process has left me extremely dissatisfied. There are many companies selling solar lighting products, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Creative Lighting to anyone and will never purchase from them again.
