1 STAR — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I am extremely disappointed with Restaurant Lighting and the way they treat their customers.

I purchased a lamp as a trial for my restaurant, with the intention of potentially ordering approximately 30 more. Unfortunately, the product did not match the advertised appearance or quality, so I requested a return and full refund.

Despite numerous emails and repeated requests, the company has failed to provide straightforward return instructions or resolve the matter.

Instead, I have been passed from one person to another, receiving excuses and promises without any meaningful action.

As a business owner with many years of experience, I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. Returning a product should be a simple process, not an endless battle.

If this is how they handle a straightforward £73 return, I would seriously question trusting them with a much larger order.

I strongly advise potential customers to consider my experience before purchasing from this company.

I will update this review if the company finally resolves the matter.

We ordered cordless table lamps for our restaurant and they have worked really for us. They give the tables a much warmer atmosphere in the evenings and several guests have actually asked where they are form. Very pleased with both the look and quality.

They shipped me the wrong lights, ones that were a fraction of the cost for the ones I ordered. They then proceeded to need photographs of the boxes, packages, and product of the wrong light. After two weeks of back n forth they said they would send me the correct ones and to keep the ones we didn’t order. Almost two weeks since then they sent another message saying they needed pictures of the boxes again. I have responded sharing the original photos and inquired on the status of the correct order. Fast forward another two weeks and multiple follow up emails on my part……not a word from them and no customer service number. I haven’t received a refund, the correct lights, or any further direction. In short, they essentially robbed me.

Avoid Restaurant.Lighting at all costs.
I received a defective lamp, and I contacted the company immediately upon delivery to request a refund. Instead of addressing the issue, they came up with excuses, kept delaying, and then stopped responding altogether.
This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off.

I ordered a Selene Moon Garden Light from this company and it looks absolutely nothing like the photos. I spent $140 on an item, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when I showed the clear difference in the item I received and the photo on their website, the company only offered me a gift card or $40 refund and required me to ship it back to China. I highly doubt this is even a Swedish company. Terrible experience, and the customer service "person" who I guarantee is not the same person in their photo, blamed me saying that the item looks different in different lighting. What a joke.

Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. You can buy all their items on amazon, would recommend going that route, and will have better return policies and quality assurance.

Sells Kamps with a high discount,but when your lamp is pink and not rose gold they want you to send it back to China For €57 shipping costs the lamp was €79 intotal?????????

I am truly amazed by the standard of the goods and the outstanding support. I will certainly come back to purchase additional materials for upcoming endeavors.

I ordered a set of solar-powered garden lights, and they’ve been a great addition to my backyard. They charge well during the day and light up at night. Although they were a bit pricier than expected, the quality and performance make it worth it.

These lights are really stylish and smart. Love them! I bought a few for decoration around the house. Great experience overall!

These stair motion lights are fantastic,they make me feel completely safe going up and down the stairs, especially when my hands are full and I can’t switch on the main lights.

After receiving my chandelier, I noticed one of the crystals was chipped. I contacted customer service, and they were so apologetic. They sent a replacement crystal immediately and even included a small discount for the inconvenience.

Fantastic service! My order arrived ahead of schedule.
